Best kept secret in Spring Hill. Fast, amazing food cooked FRESH. Flawless service and I barely sat down and it was ready. Served hot- not warm. I will try the ice cream counter tonight when I come back!!! BTW, this is as clean a restaurant I have been in. Felt welcome and wanted here.

1st time to this location - The owner makes sure his customers feel welcome & that they're satisfied with their meal and visit. Everything is VERY clean !! Cute Ice Cream parlor on the premises, and there's a small, but fun game room there as well.- This is my new "go-to" Charley's !

By far the best Charley's we have ever been too! We love Charley's but this was over the top amazing! Food came out very fast, so hot and FRESH! The owner was very attentive and informative of all the specials!! We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. We have been here multiple times and the food is always delicious! They have a mini arcade and an ice cream shop as well!

This place was absolutely amazing! My family and I came in for lunch and the place was clean and the staff was very nice. The owner is amazing, very polite and generous. I got the old school chesesteak and it was one of the best I've ever had. Kids got free ice cream with their meal and they loved it. Wife and I got the ice scoops and they were creamy and delicious too. This place just far exceeded expectations and I will absolutely be back.

Everything was perfect the kids enjoyed the birthday party, fresh food, very clean and best service.

This place is the best I take my employees for lunch and we really enjoy the food the service and the game room, I love this place I hardly recommended
