Hot Pot & Pho

1.17.26: I was craving pho on this freezing cold day and after looking up a few different places, I wanted to try Hot Pot & Pho and to see if I could catch robot Brian in action. When we walked in for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and sat immediately. Drink order was taken right away and I went with hot oolong tea to warm me up. We ordered a handful of appetizers to start: spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, crab rangoons, and pot stickers. It all came out nice and hot and everything was sooo good and packed with unique flavors. The fresh spring rolls were big and had 2 large shrimps per half, which is very adequate. The peanut sauce was traditional and consistency was great. For my entree, I ordered a small pho with tofu and the added vegetables to make it more heartier. The pho broth was perfect for the soul, noodles tender, and veggies not overcooked. I thoroughly enjoyed my soup. Service was awesome, food was 'pho'nomenal, and it was fun to see robot Brian helping to serve food! I'll definitely be back to try Hot Pot and dim sum.

Absolutely incredible. Went here with my husband last night for a date night and we enjoyed the entire experience, there was so much to love! We got the clear broth on one side and the hot and sour (3 spice) on the other side. Both broths were incredibly flavorful!! The veggies and meats were perfect, we got one beef, one chicken. We had so much fun making our bowls and savoring every last bite. And how can I forget the fresh roll appetizer, which was so beautiful and fresh!!! I woke up in the middle of the night and snuck to the fridge to eat the leftover fresh roll 🤫 Our host, I believe the owner, was so kind and friendly too, fantastic service! We wish we lived closer, but we will absolutely be back! Try this place!!!

This place is fabulous! The food is delicious and amazing! They got us in right away and even showed us how hot pot works! We loved it! Thank you so much to the owners for an amazing date out for Valentine’s Day! I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely delicious meal with great service and reasonable pricing. We had the hot pot, one chicken and one seafood. The portions are well sized, not too big and not too small. BBQ pork buns were delectable, szichuan (sp?) dumplings were too! The staff was kind, helpful and quick. Can't recommend this place more.

We noticed the Grand Opening sign and decided to give this place a try — so glad we did! The service was genuinely polite and welcoming; you can tell they really want you there. The menu had tons of options (and pictures, which always help!). The food came out hot and delicious — we had two orders of pho, perfect comfort food for a chilly day. The fun surprise was the robot that helped deliver dishes — such a cute touch! Overall, we were really happy with our meal and definitely plan to go back again.

We drove from Moses Lake to shop in the area and try this place out and it definitely didn’t disappoint us this place was very good, they are friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you walk in, it’s clean with new furniture, we ordered the dumplings, spring rolls and the pho soups. Our experience was 10 out of 10 with the dishes we ordered especially the spicy broth very tasteful and delicious. What we liked tho most is they served our food fast and hot, honoring the name of thier business Hot Pot Pho ! .We definitely recommend this place and be back to try other dishes.

This was our first time here and I just loved the experience. The staff was very attentive and had awesome customer service skills. The food here was so fullfilling. Comforting to the soul. I will definitely be going back here and bringing all my friends and fam. 10/10 recommend.
