Visited Matari Coffee Co. and truly enjoyed the experience. I ordered the Matari Chai Latte the beautiful pink signature drink along with a cappuccino. The chai latte was creamy and delicately spiced, with a gentle sweetness and elegant presentation topped with rose petals. It felt both comforting and refined. The cappuccino was well-balanced, smooth, and finished with precise, velvety foam. The interior design is modern and sophisticated, with striking black-and-gold details that create a calm yet luxurious atmosphere. Overall, a thoughtfully curated coffee experience. I would gladly return.

I stopped by Matari Coffee on Gross Point Road in Skokie and had a really great experience. The chicken croissant sandwich was fresh, flaky, and perfectly balanced. The croissant was buttery and soft, and the filling was flavorful without being heavy. The adeni tea was the highlight for me. It was warm, aromatic, and had that perfect blend of spices that makes every sip comforting. You can tell they take pride in both their food and drinks. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and they also offer free WiFi, which makes it a great place to sit, work, or catch up with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. I’ll be coming back.

i go here pretty often… the service and items are amazing. like— always a 10/10. of course, trust the other reviews when they say this place is a little overpriced though because they ARE. like, stuff adds up fast so if you end up getting a meal (like a drink and a sandwhich and maybe a sweet treat) it ends up adding up. it is honestly worth it though and i go maybe every few weeks so it’s always a nice treat. the first time i went was around ramadan with a bunch of my college friends. no matter the time this place is always packed and they have some amazing things. i often get their pastries and drinks from here but they even just have this halal croissant turkey sandwhich that is amazing as well as so many other hidden gems. it’s beautiful inside and their bathrooms are always clean. in the warmer seasons like summer they’re always packed because they just have some great items. this is one of those places that closes really late too so if you’re young and looking to have fun cause you don’t really have a bed time then it’s really nice.

I really wanted to love this coffee because the aroma and flavor are actually very good. The beans taste rich and smooth, and you can tell the quality is there. However, I would definitely recommend ordering it hot instead of iced. It seems like the espresso was brewed very hot and then poured directly over ice. Because of that, most of the ice melted almost immediately. By the time I received the drink, there were only a few small pieces of ice floating in the cup, and the rest had already turned into water. Unfortunately, this made the coffee extremely diluted — to the point where it almost tasted like plain water. It completely took away the depth and richness of the coffee, which is such a shame because the original flavor is actually very good. I think the hot version would be much better. The coffee itself has great potential, but the iced preparation really ruined the experience.

Looking for that sweet craving, this is the excellent place to satisfy that craving. Coffee and those sweets are delicious. Wifi available, such a convenient place to enjoy the coffee break.

A north shore middle eastern caffe with delicious pastries and great beverages. The youth loved the latte ( no sugar added). We visit often with Attorneys Military Mediators Consultants while telecommuting, traveling on business. The strawberry and dragon fruit beverages are great for meetings. The marble polish flooring resembles Qatar (ambience).

First time there. The service wasn't that great. There wasn't much greeting or communication of how the menu was. But the dessert was great and coffee is okay.
