Cafe Remix

Cafe Remix absolutely blew me away. This café delivers both incredible food and truly outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in — you can tell they really care about their guests. Must try the Ube pancakes or the strawberry match.

The sakedon and kaisendon are so good. They remind me of the food in Fukuoka. The souffle was soft and melt in mouth and the matcha foam was finely blended, making a perfect balance of flavor.

Highly recommend the Ube souffle. It was so good! The Uber souffle earned them the 5 stars. We also got the kimbap which was very big due to them putting alot of lettuce in it. My group ended picking out much of the lettuce. We were not used to so much lettuce in our kimbap

I tried both sushi dishes and desserts and I loved them all. It felt like a great food journey through korea and japan in one place. I had the spicy tuna cube and it was flovorful and the price was amazing. The souffle seemed to be made from scratch, and even the foam on the top was beautifully done. Everything was really good.

I’m super excited scores to write this review thjs was the ONLY ONLY reason I went to Seattle and it did not disappoint. So good I had it 2 days in a row. Clean place very well kept and relaxing. This is located a couple of blocks from the iconic Pike Place Market. Parking is very difficult to find, especially with the one-way streets in this area. It would be good to pay for parking at Pike Place or the pay parking lots near by. We came for the fluffy asian egg pancakes and the Korean street food. The food is made-to-order but it is a wait for the pancakes, which was for us about 45-minutes. The other dine-in food was okay but definitely catered to the masses. If you are looking for an introduction to Korean food, it's a great start. The flavors are going to match most American fare tastes. The pricing is what you expect to pay in Seattle but a bit overpriced for what it is. Coffee was solid. Didn't ask, but the taste was South American. Service was good, but there is no table service so please don't expect them to be bringing water or your food to the table. We did love the atmosphere and young hip vibe of the venue. They have a bunch of asian snacks and instant grab and go foods out to give the asian vibe. Midas 3.5-star for the overall experience and hip vibe. Definitely go for the pancakes and coffee.

very lovely cafe that just re-opened! the staff are very welcoming & kind. they are clearly very passionate about what they do & they do it well!! the whole atmosphere is cute & cozy too. i recommend the yuzu ade if you’re craving something sweet & cold! sushi (especially the spicy tuna) is soooo tasty! will definitely be returning asap
