9.5/10 chicken wings and drumsticks The chicken at this place is absolute FIRE. Perfectly cooked with a moist inside and crispy outside. The sauce used isn't too much. The soy garlic has a nice sweet flavor to it and the spicy isn't overpowering and has a decent kick to it but not unbearable. Got the medium combo with 10 wings and 6 drums. For $30 it's easily enough food for 2 and pretty reasonable. Also the seasoned fries had really great flavor. Seasoned fries we're about $7.50 Absolutely would recommend this place to others. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

Haven't been to Bonchon for a long time. Most visited ones down south. This one is a lot bigger. More seating, decent bar seating area. For the new 11.99 combo. Totally worth it. Fried, Korean donuts and 3 legs. OMG, how I missed the taste of Korean fried chicken. So crispy outside and so juicy inside. It was getting hot outside, this place is pretty cool inside.

Been coming here for years. The quality has not changed at all, and our server this time around was super sweet. Great vibes, great flavor, can’t go wrong with a half spicy half garlic chicken strip combo.

The food was delicious as always. They even gave me extra sauce on my chicken stripe. It made the flavor even better. However, the staff was not attentive. They were too busy on their phone. Did not come by to check in after serving food.

Just discovered Bonchon on McKee & Capitol in the Grocery Outlet / Dollar Tree. It's a fast casual restaurant with a bar that features Korean beers and the food is a modern mix on traditional Korean food. At first I thought it was a fast food place and was going to order at the cashier but the friendly employee told us to sit down and he would serve us. We had the Korean tacos with bulgogi (tasty), Shrimp Shumai (okay), Udon Noodle soup (good) and got one strip of their double fried Korean chicken to try. The chicken was very good and I'll be back for more! On a side note ... I was fascinated with this business and read that it started in 2002 in South Korea and has grown to 389 restaurants worldwide across eight countries. The global brand was brought to the U.S. in 2006, and has expanded to 115 locations. All of those domestic stores are franchised, except for four.

1st time I went, I came to this location, it wasn't like the other locations, but I decided to give it another try. This time, it was worse. I called in ahead to get my order. They made me pay over the phone because my order was $50. When I arrived, they didn't acknowledge me. I even greeted them upon arrival. The 2 ladies at the Regis finished talking, then they assisted me. I only ordered wings and strips for a work meeting. The strips were super hard and stale. Like it was 2 day old chicken. The wings weren't coated in the spicy sauce like normal either. The box the strips came in was messy. Like they had their dirty hands all over it. It was like my order was thoroughly rushed. It's awful having paid a good amount for poor food and customer service.

Since this place is closest to my house, I gave it multiple tries, hoping for improvement, but it has always been a TERRIBLE experience. This is the last straw. The chicken wings are consistently super dry and hard like rocks, making them impossible to eat. It always seems like they refry leftovers from the previous day.
