Wonderful family owned and operated breakfast restaurant a block south of Golden Gate Park. Friendly and positive community atmosphere. The food is great but what I really loved was watching the Dad preparing the orders on his cooktop. His system is so harmonious and his technique is so precise that I felt like I was watching a choreographed performance. Maybe that's the Art in Art's Cafe.

used to make a yearly pilgrimage out here from LA every October with the love of my life; always the culinary highlight of our excursions in the city. Exceptional breakfast platters with a Korean American flare, the service and food equally warm and nourishing. Miss you Anu, I’ll order the bulgogi and eggs and grab an extra seat at the bar for you

I had a horrible experience here. First of all, you have to wait outside at least half an hour for a table. My french toasts were completely burnt at the bottom even though they look perfectly fine on top. Hot chocolate tasted like a cocoa powder with cold water. And the waitress just threw a check on my table without saying a word, it was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know why this place has so many good reviews. I would not recommend it, don’t go here

11 seats inside ❤️ This place has such an old school San Francisco vibe, the food they serve here is worth the wait. Known for their hashbrown sandwiches and their breakfast 🍳 I wouldn’t hesitate to order anything 🙇🏻‍♂️ I had the avocado 🥑 bacon 🥓 cheddar omelette with a side of rye bread 😋😋😋

This clean breakfast spot is as cozy as a stack of pancakes. There is a narrow counter and some bar stools, but service is friendly, attentive, and speedy. There may not be a lot of creative dishes, but quite a few classic options. The poached eggs were perfect! They were like white clouds with a golden yolk nestled in the center, ready to burst like morning sunshine! The coffee that they served tasted burnt, but I guess coffee is a lot about individual taste preferences.

Super place for a quick, filling, and super yummy breakfast! I had the cheese hash brown sandwich (Hash brown melt) and 2 eggs overeasy with sourdough toast. It was all very delicious. This place is small! Only 11 customers at a time. All seating is barstool which is great because you get to watch the ✨✨ magic happen. Service is spectacular and those hash browns!! Soft on the outside and crispy on the outside. You should go!

We got the bugolgi hash brown sandwich and the tofu bibimbap. The hash browns were tasty and with the sweetness of the bugolgi made a very nice pairing. The bibimbap was not too pickled and not under seasoned. Over all it was filling, but it was not inexpensive.
