Premium Matcha Cafe Maiko

Visited last night around 6:30 with my daughters. Very nice and chill atmosphere. We had Matcha Chocolate Creams and Mochi sticks. Was super delicious with beautiful presentation. The staff was awesome, positive, courteous and professional. The establishment was clean and well taken care of as well. First time here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We appreciate the wonderful customer service. Thank You! 🍵💝🍡☕

This place was so delicious, i ordered the 10 pc wings. Next to it is matcha cafe. The matcha was so delicious, the ingredients were rich. And the soft serve is yum! Also the employees were the best and so sweet💕🥰

Great Matcha Selection and Consistent Quality- I’ve been to Matcha Cafe Maiko several times and always have a great experience. They offer a great variety of matcha dessert options and specialty drinks. Everything I’ve tried has been yummy and well made. It’s become one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in the area. The staff are friendly, and the quality is always consistent. I just hope they consider expanding and opening another location on the far NW side of San Antonio — it would be a welcome addition!

Such a great matcha spot with so many unique and creative drinks. I tried the strawberry matcha, and it was super good—perfectly balanced, refreshing, and really tasty. Definitely a place worth checking out if you love matcha!

Today I went to this matcha place. It was so tasty for the matcha and the corn dog is so crunchy with the sausage and mozzarela. It further have the little photobooth for you guys to take pictures with friends.

Honestly I love the taste of everything here and I will keep on coming back but I do have some constructive criticism. Every time I come here I have an issue. First issue asked for matcha with soft serve and boba and they gave me crystal boba. And when I brought it to their attention they told me they were out of boba. First of all it’s literally a boba shop you shouldn’t be out of boba. Second of all if you’re out of boba inform the customer beforehand. Don’t give me a random topping hopping I’ll like it. Second issue ,they put the TOPPING at the bottom of the cup. So you have to eat a pound of ice cream before you get to them. I feel like the toppings should be layered or on the top as the name suggests. Third issue how are you out of matcha mix and soft serve? It’s literally a matcha boba shop. Poor planning and management skills. A lot of wasted potential.

I love it here order a yuzu premium matcha and a half & half corn dog. The food was good specially for the price. I WEBT HERE FOR THE MATCHA.. for the people commenting that the place is not nice … well everything is actually pretty cheap of course is not going to be the best building in town.
