BEST FOOD IN SALEM! I ordered the Falafel Couscous and as a vegetarian that was the best food I’ve had while in Salem! The veggies were so soft and well seasoned, and the falafel was very tasty! If I had gone here on my first day, I would’ve had lunch here everyday day of my trip! Sidney was our waitress and she was very kind and always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything My parents ordered the Seafood Paella and enjoyed it very much, it could serve two people from the amount of food it comes! Definitely would come back here next time I am in Salem!

Loved the interior. I would not say it’s authentic Moroccan cuisine, it’s more fusion but nonetheless it’s delicious. The interior is very Moroccan though. The tea was phenomenal

I have been meaning to try this spot and just never made it in until tonight, and, it was truly wonderful. The service was amazing, like, amazing, and the food... Oh, the food... Absolutely incredible. Any place that does a nice white anchovies small plate already has my heart, but they were among the best. If you're reading this you have to give them a go.

Wow! Blue Fez delivered an unforgettable dining experience. We started with what may be the best hummus we’ve ever had—so flavorful. The Mediterranean salad was perfectly dressed, light and bursting with flavor. The highlight was the falafel couscous, served with an exquisite saffron broth that added just the right amount of richness. We were too full to enjoy dessert on-site, but the mango mousse cake we took home was simply divine. From start to finish, this was a five-star meal, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Amazing flavors, great service and I cannot wait to go again. We shared 3 appetizers and one entree. The falafel on a bed of hummus with harissa was the best I’ve ever had. The mussels (out of the shell) were in a spicy tomato sauce that was perfect and plentiful. I do think the saffron shrimp could have been more flavorful. The final item was the chicken couscous. While the chicken was a tad overcooked, the flavors and spices were outstanding. I look forward to returning often.

This is a beautiful restaurant that authentically recreates the aesthetic of Morocco. It's lovely to sit there and the wait stuff was a lot of pleasant fun. Great atmosphere. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because we were about the only guests in the restaurant and somehow got a still-frozen piece of lamb in our otherwise delicious tagine. Given that the restaurant isn't cheap, I don't think this is acceptable. I plan to give it another chance and will update this review if things go better next time.
