We’ve absolutely had the best experience at K-Pot. Taylor, our server, is one of the best we have ever had. In addition to making sure our drinks were always full, explaining the process thoroughly, and checking in with us often, she was literally running from table to table. Apparently she is one of the most highly requested servers (it’s easy to see why), so she stayed busy, but never made us feel like we were taking up time at all. We opted for both the hot pot and the bbq. Immediately after placing our order, for the hot pot soup, they were delivered while she was explaining how to order items. All items were delivered within minutes of us placing our order. And the sweet tea is delicious! My husband had 4. For soups, we ordered a mushroom, a miso, and 2 Szechuan Spicy. That one packed some heat! We ended up mixing those and the mushroom to balance it out. Highly recommend the restaurant, and Taylor
Awesome place to eat all you can eat. You'll spend about $35 per person and groups of 6 or more is an included tip of 18%. I like to do the BBQ which is filled with meat options but you can also do noodles. You'll just pay $5 extra per person at the table for both options. Everyone has to choose the same but the extra $5 os worth the entire table enjoying both options. You can even create your own sauces at the sauce bar! You cook your own food right at your table and it makes for a unique experience.
Finally a good korean bbq spot in town. I love that you can do traditional (cook your own)bbq and/or hot pot soup. For 5 extra bucks worth doing both. Awesome sauce bar which I havent seen before. I also like that they do side dishes buffet style, instead of having to ask for more like other korean bbq spots I ve been to. Between the soups and bbq theres a decent option of meats/seafood and veggies to order. I do miss not having the option of korean fried chicken or japchae and some other cooked options like other places. But maybe the soup is their alternative. Service has always been great and attentive. Very fun place to go as a group or on a date night.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just left K‑Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Rogers, Arkansas, and it was an incredible experience. I’ve visited many hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurants across the country, and up until now my favorites were in Las Vegas and Tulsa—but this location officially takes the top spot. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted promptly by friendly staff at the front door. I asked for a smaller two-top table in a corner near the bar, and they were happy to accommodate. My server, Mac, was at my table within minutes and did an outstanding job explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. Ordering is done through a tablet at the table, which is incredibly efficient—everything I ordered arrived in under three minutes, ready to cook. Weekend dinner pricing is $29.99, which I gladly paid for the full menu experience. (Lunch pricing is lower during the week with a more limited selection.) The selection was excellent: multiple soup bases (I chose miso), ribeye, flank steak, brisket, shrimp, fish, mushrooms, ramen noodles, and more. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The sauce bar is large and well stocked, and there’s also a hot bar with items like egg rolls, chicken nuggets, and even lychee—something you don’t see often. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and energetic. Mac even brought over two of his favorite house sauce combinations for me to try—both were excellent, though one definitely brought the heat. The general manager, Candi, stopped by my table as well and was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived right at opening (11:30 a.m.) when it wasn’t very busy, but within an hour the restaurant was completely full, with a line forming in the lobby. That alone says a lot. I’ll absolutely be back—likely on a weekly basis. Having a hot pot spot of this quality locally means I won’t need to make the longer trips to Springfield or Tulsa anymore. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Grub Score 9.5/10.0
This was my first time to try both hot pot and KBBQ, and I had so much fun! The food was super yummy, service was awesome, and I really liked all the neon, lol. Even the bathrooms had backlighting. Definitely coming back again.
If you view all you can eat as a personal challenge rather than a suggestion, this place is your arena. This is the real deal, people. My friend and I left with only one regret: not bringing a van so we could lie down for a while before attempting the drive home. Service? Remarkable. Drink selection? Fantastic. Bathrooms? A+ for cleanliness. Desert? Yep. It is good. Would absolutely do it again (with elastic waistbands).
First time and was very pleased by overall experience. I’ve been to a hot pot place in Beijing, China and this was absolutely close to a great experience. The BBQ was good and the service amazing. Taylor our server who honestly made the experience even better. She was knowledgeable and helpful with our selections as well as so kind to our kiddos. The food was fresh as well.
