Taichi Bubble Tea, Ramen and Poke Bowl - Pittsford

I have celiac disease and am highly sensitive to gluten. I've been here once and another location with no problems. Their menus aren't marked but have a separate sign marking allergens. I like that you can order at the counter, on their screen, or by marking a paper and handing it to the cashier. She didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned my allergy, but that's fine. Got the poke bowl 🙂 easy parking and p standard pricing for poke bowl ($15ish)

Ordered delivery from here for lunch for the first time, and it was great! Food was well packaged, hot and fresh, with great flavor. Good portion sizes, too! Will definitely try food from here again and look forward to exploring more of the menu.

Boba is always fun! We had the tai tea with tapioca boba. Unfortunately, I Can’t say I cared for the Ramen, would not recommend but I also accept that could be personal taste. I’d prefer Roc Pho, or Boba Mi over this…However, my friend who dined with loved her poke bowl.

There is handicapped parking right at the door. But, going in there are no blue buttons to activate the doors. Once inside, it is accessible for dining and the restrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. I made a mistake in my order. I tapped the option for dining in, when I needed it to go. The clerk quickly said no problem and took care of it and soon I was out the door. There wasn't a lot of people, so it was a quite environment to talk with someone if dining in. They have two stations in the front where you can order drinks, or food. Or there is someone at a cash register if you need to do it that way. The place seemed neat and tidy, even in the restroom! I will return here, as it has a fast ordering system, plenty of dining options and a quite environment.

This place is great. It's very aesthetically pleasing inside, they have a lot of food choices, and it's very customizable. I got a rice bowl and was able to completely customize everything in it. It was super delicious and the bubble tea is incredible

One of the cutest places around. They offer bubble tea, ramen and sushi. They have a variety of options and are pocket friendly too. Loved the bubble tea from here. The ambience is amazing and they allow you customize too. A must must visit for all the boba lovers.

It offers a convenient and nice environment connecting to a mall. There were enough tables for sitting inside the restaurant. I loved the decor. There were fake plants on some tables. It’s a relaxing place to check out with a variety of bubble tea, ramen, sushi rice bowls, and burritos. I believe they also added more desserts to their menu recently. I've tried the Macha donut in their other location.
