Mochinut Collegetown

I am a regular at Mochinut on Mount Hope Avenue in Rochester with my 12 year old daughter, and we absolutely love this place. The donuts are incredibly delicious, soft, chewy, and full of flavor. Honestly, they are addictive and I say that as a positive warning. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It has become a special spot for us to enjoy a sweet treat together. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and truly tasty donut experience.

My daughter and I came to try a new place i got 6 donuts, a ube drink that was so delicious and my daughter got a potato and mozzarella dog. Everything was so delicious so I think any time we are around we will be trying some more things from this place. They had a great selection.

The food was amazing. We got nacho cheese Doritos half and half, ramen full, and potato half and half , as well as the strawberry cheesecake donut, fruity pebble donut, and s’mores donut. They were all amazing. My favorite was the nacho cheese and fruity pebble, and I got a milk tea and my girlfriend got brown sugar tea. Hers was a little too sweet for her but still loved it. The owner is an amazing guy and really nice and works very hard. 10/10 I will be back. 再会

Came here yesterday. A nice quiet spot with good snacks. Honestly found the Korean corn dog and mochi donuts a little too oily for my taste, but the texture was great. Also was hoping to get my drink in a can like the photos but I didn't know if I had to ask for that or what but it's alright. But thinking back on it, I think the ube tasted a lot more like taro and those are two different root crops, but don't take my word for it. I'm a taro girl through and through, maybe I just haven't dignified my pallet. I guess what I'm trying to say is I expected a little more. Though it was a nice spot to hangout for a while and read as it wasn't busy.

This is the cutest shop with the most delicious mochi donuts! We had the tiramisu, mango, and s'more donuts. They were so tasty. We had a nice time in the chill atmosphere. Our server was sweet and helpful (did not get a name, brown curly hair). Thanks!

I’m a huge fan of mochi donuts, and this spot never disappoints no matter which location I visit. The texture is perfectly chewy, the flavors are fun, and my go‑tos are sesame, taro, and cookies & cream, always a treat!

Have variety of donut options called mochinuts. I have tried nutella, cookie and creme, matcha, dark chocolate and cream cheese. All of those are very tasty and cute. Also tried their hot doritos mozzarella corndog. It tasted good too. I recommend their boba tea as well. It comes in a cute bottle. Staff is nice too. I will definitely recommend this place and also I will try more options from this shop.
