The best Turkish food I’ve ever had in Rochester! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, truly reflecting Turkish hospitality. The place is very clean, and the menu offers great variety, including vegan and vegetarian options. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Turkish food. 🧿☺️👏🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this place 6 stars, I truly would. This place is a stable. I had an incredible experience here today. The customer service was exceptional, warm, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel how much pride the staff takes in both the café and the market. It absolutely sets the tone the moment you walk in. I ordered several dishes and every single one was outstanding: Köfte — perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of authentic flavor. Karnıyarık — rich, comforting, and cooked exactly the way it should be. Börek — crisp, flaky, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. Baklava — unreal. Fresh, balanced sweetness, and clearly made with care. I even took extra home for the family. The connected international grocery store is basically a trip around the world, with high-quality products from many regions and an especially impressive selection from Türkiye. It’s the kind of place where you come for lunch and end up exploring every aisle just because it’s that interesting. They also offer fresh butcher services, which adds a level of quality and convenience you don’t find everywhere. Between the amazing food, the warm service, and the unique grocery experience, this is easily one of the best local spots around! Highly recommend, I’ll 100% be back.

The service is excellent, and the staff are always very helpful. However, one ongoing issue is that some packaged food items are being sold close to or past their expiration date. We brought this to their attention, and although they assured us it would be resolved, the problem still persists. We encourage other customers who experience the same issue to kindly speak with the management or leave feedback, so this matter can be addressed properly. Supporting our local businesses also means helping them improve and maintain quality standards for everyone.

Love this store. Clean, well stocked, friendly. The beef kebab sandwich on a French roll is honestly the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Simple, but that is what makes it great. The 3 meat kebab plate was delicious. Huge portion. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

We used to love this store and it is great how it has grown with the new location. However their stock is not consistent. We used to buy many peruvian sauces here and they have reduced and reduced until they no longer carry much but dry goods and not worth the trip. We have checked several times over weeks and months and it just gets smaller. First papa seca missing, than aji panca, now all sauces? We asked someone at the cashier and they looked at us oddly and said they dont have stock then they don't have it and nothing they can do.

Love this place. I was thoroughly impressed with the fantastic options of goodies from different parts of the world. There is so much to choose from, fresh fruits and vegetables to teacups and jewellery. All the products are clearly marked so you don’t have to run around looking for a member of staff to ask the price. The huge meat counter is top notch which offers lamb, beef, chicken, sheep, offal, sausages etc. The meat is always fresh and if you can’t find what you’re looking for then the staff are always willing to help. The restaurant has a cozy feel and serves fresh food from pizzas, wings, subs, kebabs to burgers and hot meals. The desserts are delicious too. There is ample seating available to eat your meal. Big shout out to Bai who is an absolute gem. All his hard work is definitely paying off. Well done.
