If coffee beans sourced direct from the Philippines, no high fructose corn syrup, and no artificial food coloring is your vibe, I got the spot for you. Welcome to Tsoko Cafe: Filipino nurse-owned and located in Redlands Public Market. You know I had to support my peeps and check out their best drinks. We started with the Sampaguita tea—the jasmine, calamansi, and honey notes are so refreshing. The Manila Sunset, one of their signature drinks, is bursting with hibiscus, calamansi, and mango flavors. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the Tsoko Overload—it’s a rich cacao-based drink unlike any other. Ube Royale is another house favorite: it’s not too sweet, just the right balance. Barako coffee with Ube offers bold, robust flavors that bring real tastes from the Philippines. And don’t sleep on their ceremonial grade matcha affogato! If you have a sweet tooth, the three versions of halo-halo are must-tries. The Pinoy Classic is packed with all the traditional flavors, the Mango Fiesta is perfect if you’re craving something fruity, and for a twist, the Mais con Yelo with sweet cream and corn is unique and satisfying. Trust—Tsoko Cafe is bringing high quality, Filipino-inspired flavors to the Inland Empire.

Delicious matcha lattes with dairy-free milk options! My husband got the Tsoko matcha latte which is basically a chocolate matcha latte and he really liked it. The earthiness of the cacao and the matcha go well together. I got the Premium Kyoto matcha latte and it tastes perfect. I would like to come back and try the Ube matcha latte.

I appreciate how there’s a Filipino owned coffee/tea shop and there’s so many different unique drinks here! I love their logo and jeepney mural too. I have had two drinks here although I feel like their Ube Matcha could have a little bit more ube flavor, I enjoy that their drinks are not too sweet! Would come again to try their other unique drinks.

Wow! I love boba milk teas but this one hits the right level of sweetness. Not too sweet! When i ordered, I didn’t need to lower the sugar level because it was perfect. Combination of flavors are classic but addicting. Surprisingly, I feel proud as a Filipino by just drinking their milk tea. Why? The cacao really highlights all their flavors. Cacao is bitter than dark chocolate but somehow they got the recipe well-thought-out that makes me want to try all the drinks in their menu in the future. We’ll be back for more!

I truly enjoyed my ube royale! I have already tried a lot of the drinks, and my ultimate favorite was the house brown sugar boba special! The drinks were inventive and delicious, and the Philippine-themed artwork was stunning. The service was excellent, and the entire menu was thought through. ♥️

Flavor wise it’s a 10, each and every single one I’ve tried are sooo tasty.. service wise tho? -10. All of their staff is rude except for one girl, think her name is Belle, she works on Thursdays mornings and that’s literally the only day I stop by now. She’s so sweet & have treated us so kindly everytime. Only reason why I still go is because it’s truly a gem and there isn’t many cafes like this one in the area. Everytime that I recommend it to others, I always let them know to have in mind that they may not get the best service. Hope you guys can work on that.
