Savory Pho

I was visiting from out of town and looking for some well-reviewed vietnamese food and stumbled upon this place. While I realize the place is very much known for its Pho, that'll be a meal for another time. Savory Pho has really good customer service, the food is delicious, super nice decoration. When I come into the restaurant, the people always makes me feel at home. Their Vietnamese coffee is strong and always gives that kick of caffeine we all need. Stop in, you'll become family too! Highly recommended.

Apparently Bugs Are a "Feature" Here So imagine our surprise when we discovered a spider floating in our soup. Not seasoning. Not garnish. An actual bug. When we flagged this to the waitress, instead of a normal reaction like an apology or, I don’t know, not charging us, we were told that we should still pay 50% of the soup because "bugs are bugs — it’s not like it was a roach or a rat, it was just a spider." Oh okay. Glad to know there’s a hierarchy of acceptable insects. Silly us for expecting zero bugs in our food. The complete lack of concern, professionalism, or basic food safety was impressive in the worst way. Trying to minimize a bug in someone’s meal and then charge them for it is wild. If you enjoy surprise protein and being told it’s no big deal, this might be your place. For everyone else — hard pass.

This Vietnamese restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The flavors were rich and authentic, with every dish prepared to perfection. The bun bo hue and pho were outstanding, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. The service was quick and friendly, making the overall experience even better. I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Had an absolutely delightful experience at this pho restaurant! The food was beyond delicious, with rich flavors and authentic ingredients that took my taste buds on a journey. The ambiance is enhanced by its tasteful decor and commendable cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. A special mention to the homage they’ve paid to Kobe Bryant, a wonderful touch that adds to the overall charm. Highly recommend!

I stopped by here with my sister family last night after my nephew basketball practice. It was a great choice because the weather was cold and the place was nearby. There are tons of parking here so you won't have any issues because it's in a Amazon Fresh plaza. When we walked in, we were seated right away and given the menu. I got the Beef bun me, my nephew got the chicken pho and my sister got their bun bo hue soup. The pho and soup came out quick, my bun mi was the last dish to come out. I really enjoyed my beef bun mi, the bread was so soft and thr beef was delicious. I would've hope they added more carrots and vegetables but it was fine. My nephew and sister loved their dish since they come here every Friday night. The customer service we received was amazing, they constantly checked up on us and asked how was the food. They also have a all gender restroom here so no more male or female separate bathroom.

Dropped into this fresh Vietnamese spot and wow, the vibes! 🎉 The beef soup? It was alright – kinda like that one song you don't skip, but don't sing along to. But the rest? Deliciousness on a plate! 🍜 Portion sizes got me feeling like I hit the food jackpot. 🎰 As for parking? Easy-peasy every time. 🚗 And the ambiance? It's giving those other Valley spots a run for their money. Definitely bringing some sparkle to the scene! ✨🍽️.

Some of the best Vietnamese pho I've had in a while. Came up from San Diego and stopped by to find this newly decorated restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and great atmosphere. Had the shaking beef and chicken pho and it was wonderful! The Vietnamese coffee is strong and flavorful. This place is clean, has good service, inviting ambiance and the price was affordable. 5/5 will come again when visiting LA.
