Updated review: This is *usually* my fave place to meet my friend for coffee in the area, but it is Freezing Cold right now, and has been for quite some time!!! First review: The coffee here is exceptional. Best in Pawtucket / Providence.

Hazel Origin Coffee — Review I recently visited Hazel Origin Coffee and ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and a piece of toast topped with avocado and corn, totaling around $20 — honestly, quite pricey for what you get. The waitstaff were decent, but the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue: I found a hair on the food, which is simply unacceptable at any price point. Additionally, I had asked for brown sugar on the side. After reminding the server when she brought the food, she acknowledged it — but I never received it at the table. When I stood up to look around, I noticed the brown sugar sitting on the counter. She could have easily just told me it was up front if she didn’t want to bring it over, rather than leaving me waiting. Music is too loud. Overall, the quality control and service need improvement, especially given the high prices. A café experience should feel thoughtful and clean, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark. Looking for a good breakfast sandwich? Try their bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel! It's massive and delicious. To drink I tried a small iced pumpkin king which had (A classic house made pumpkin spice sauce with REAL pumpkin purée added to their house espresso and your choice of milk) and the pumpkin flavor was very light, if you love pumpkin I would order a extra pump or two of the pumpkin spice sauce. I also had to try the iced Vietnamese shaken espresso with sweetened condensed milk. Now this coffee was perfectly made, I loved it! The service was quick and I love how the place was spacious, you can eat inside/outside and there's a parking lot. Definitely would come back again.

Place is located off the beaten path. Pretty great find, coffee importers with great eats. Had the Strawberry cheesecake Latte, have never had anything even come close in flavor. Tried the White chocolate, Latte pictures included. Avocado Bacon Toast added a poached egg. Amazing fresh guacamole and bacon was crisp and fresh. Also had the scrambled eggs with mushrooms panini. Excellent place for virtual work or business meetings.

I also had the opportunity to try their Korean garlic bread, which was quite unique. It featured a generous amount of creamy cheese inside and was delicately infused with sweet sautéed garlic. I must admit, I was a bit perplexed by the "Korean" association in the name, as I'm of Korean descent myself and couldn't quite recall any Korean street food resembling it. However, the taste was undeniable – it was incredibly delicious, and the combination of cream cheese and garlic worked surprisingly well together. My friend opted for a pastry with basil pesto, cheese, and tomato, which was equally satisfying. The flavors blended harmoniously, making it a delightful choice for those who appreciate a fusion of flavors. All in all, this café offers a diverse range of pastries that may not fit into traditional Korean cuisine but are undeniably tasty. The unique flavors and friendly atmosphere make it a great place to explore new culinary experiences while enjoying some of the best coffee in town.

this is one of my favorite places to get coffee and a full breakfast or even a little pastry! Cass, Charlie and Tam always pay such close attention to my order which is so sweet and greatly appreciated. love a roastery and cafe combo. nothing better than fresh coffee!

Had no reason to drive to Pawtucket other than to try Hazel Origin and they did not disappoint. Much more than good coffee. Pastry was full of Nutella and wrap was full of fried shrimp and crisp red cabbage.
