Jt's Seafood Shack

We showed up on a Monday around 7pm, there was a 25 minute wait but the waiter saw our party waiting and immediately started getting a table ready. We ate under the canopy area and it was beautiful especially while it rained. We ordered the spicy crab dip for an app. It was excellent. We ordered the Seafood Bouillibase, fish & chips, gourmet mac & cheese, shrimp basket, kids chicken tenders, and banana cheesecake. Everyone really enjoyed their meal and the portions were huge! The only critique I have is the fried banana cheesecake didn't really taste like bananas. It was kind of plain but came with an excellent whipped cream that made up for the lack of bananas.

We went on a little weekend getaway and had lunch at JT’s. Kelly was our server. She was super friendly. The food was great. My husband had the gumbo, mahi mahi, and oysters. I had the cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try.

Foodies of Flagler, the original meet eat and review group had a wonderful experience. Kathleen, Bob and Adam took great care of us. Our orders were exactly as expected, the service was prompt and our server Kathleen was happy to make sure our drinks were cold and never empty and our food was served while it was hot. Highly recommended!

We travel a lot and I have visited so many places like this, however, this was not so great. I asked for a margarita with no salt and the waitress brought me one with a lot of salt on the rim. (No biggie) had her take it back to get a new one and they literally took the salt from the rim and put it IN my margarita! I drank a mouthful of salt! Sent her back again and the margarita was just not good. The food was OK. But we definitely felt like an inconvenience to these girls who were waitresses. We heard 2 other tables complain as well. I was just really disappointed! My husband is a musician and we were going to ask about booking but no way do we want to be associated with a place like this. Just wasn't what we expected. The atmosphere was just not good.

On my way to Flagler Beach, to check out the amazing Coquina Rocks, I stopped by JT's Seafood Shack to pick up some lunch to enjoy, as I took in the beauty of this beach. I decided on the fried alligator bites and lobster rolls. My food came out quickly and I was on way in no time. Once I settled in on the beach, I had some awesome fried gator. I then opened up the lobster rolls to find a generous amount of lobster meat, separated into two cups, along with two rolls. I appreciated the separation, as to not get the rolls soggy. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about getting these rolls in Florida, however they were fantastic. JT's was the perfect lunch I needed, to be able to enjoy the rest of the day in awe of the mysterious Atlantic.

Friendly and engaging staff, delicious crab cakes, and some indulgent Mac and cheese make this one of our go to spots when visiting town. Hush puppies were a little dry but the French fries were on point and the crab cakes had great flavor. Definitely worth checking out

Michele was great! Drink special Hoochatini was great. Had the early bird shrimp special and fish and chips, both were worth the price. Atmosphere great if you like local Florida feel with love bands!
