Freida's Bakery and Provisions

This is such a neat place. While traveling I always try to eat local. I needed a nice bread to compliment a soup I was making and decided to take a trip to Freida’s. I’m so glad I did! Not only did I get a beautiful enormous loaf of sourdough, we also picked up a few pastries to try for breakfast. Sourdough was 10/10, and pretzel croissants dipped in a roasted broccoli cheddar soup? Yes ma’am, amazing! You must try it! The (super cool) lady who helped us was so genuine and kind. She was so patient with me while I couldn’t make up my mind, and was spot on with her suggestions. I wish I had gotten her name, I’d name my next super cool plant after her. I will make this my regular spot while I’m in this part of the state.

Open only Friday and Saturday and well worth the wait. Great artisan bread, the cheeses are amazing, clotted cream - yum! The staff are friendly. I bring all our guests to this place for a yummy memory to the Palm Coast area. 🥖🥐🧀🫕🍷

The best baked goods in Florida. We come from Tampa just to enjoy this place. Staff is incredibly friendly, baked goods are amazing and the shop is cozy.

Our family stopped by this bakery yesterday morning on a recent trip to Palm Coast. It was difficult deciding on what to order because everything looks so delicious! We all ended up sharing so that we could sample a variety of pastry items. We enjoyed matcha and a chocolate croissant, cheddar scallion biscuit, morning bun, and a cinnamon bun. All were wonderful! The cinnamon bun was absolutely incredible and turned out to be my favorite! There is a nice outdoor patio area to sit, have coffee and savor every bite!

The perfect bakery + sandwich spot. I got the prosciutto with fig jam, burrata, basil & balsamic glaze. Their focaccia is soft and delicious. The seating outside is nice and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Incredible spot. The Italian sandwiches are outstanding and tied for my top 5. Freida’s baked goods are delicious. They use homemade focaccia. I had a salumi - insane. Som #2 had the prosciutto and big brother chose the Mortadella. All of the ingredients are perfection. They don’t skimp on anything. We would have gone several more times but they closed for the New Year’s holidays. Based on our watching them work, a rest is well-deserved! The staff is friendly and helpful. The young lady who who works the counter is extraordinary how she keeps things moving and has the patience of a saint. There may be a line. Get in it. It’s worth a little investment of your time and it will "deliver!"

Good Lord this place makes great breads and pastries. Hands down the best sourdough I've had (and I'm originally from San Francisco), the pretzel croissant was amazing, cheddar scalping biscuit was incredibly soft and buttery, and the chocolate croissant was to die for. It's expensive, but I'll be back whenever I'm in town and they are open.
