If you love or like dumplings, this place is going to satisfy all urges to enjoy soft dumplings that gush with flavor. The flavor profiles are impossibly delicious. The dipping sauce was also absolutely delicious. Honestly, they could probably make a cocktail out of it. Ive had dumplings around the way, and Ive never had any better than these. I go in Dumpling House telling myself "Im only allowed two orders" of dumplings.... next thing I know, Im still stuffing my face 6 orders later. There is good variety of dumpling too. Only neg, the robot server that comes out on occasion is "off" and does not come exactly to wherever Im seated. In all, highly recommended and I will be returning regularly.
The boa buns were so soft and very flavorful. The dumpling soup dumplings were also very good. The main dish, the soup dumplings, came out very fast, and the appetizer, the wontons in chili oil, took almost 20 additional minutes. They were not worth the wait, the dough wasn't fully cooked through, and had some parts where the dough folded that was tough.
Stopped here on a whim while heading out of town. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The appetizer crispy chicken was perfect. We tried two types of dumplings and both were great, pork and pork with chives. The service was great and each item was brought out as it was done. This was unusual for us but everything came out hot and made the food that much better. Will definitely go back when in town again.
Same owners as all the previous names before this. Dumplings were pretty delicious. We had Ramen in which the kids enjoyed and pork broth was pretty good. Tteokbokki was good and fried rice in which was okay was very plan tasting. Only minus was that the place was busy not organizes, not neat. Left overs from the kbbq they did before. Kids stuff everywhere and that threw us off a little. Your serving food and to have home stuff all over is not ideal.
Tried Dumpling House for the first time and it was phenomenal! We tried a few different things and the portions were huge for the price you pay. Our server was so sweet and checked in on us often to make sure all was good. They have a little robot that delivers the food (freaked us out at first), but our server was also the cook so she sent the appetizers to our table while she cooked the rest of our meal. She chatted with us at the end and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!
The pork fried (half moon) and beef sanji (round) dumplings are excellent! I especially like the seasoning of the pork dumplings, including the scallions. There is a "crust" that forms with the pan-frying of the dumplings, but don't let their appearance fool you-- these are amazing. I believe that the beef lo mein could use more umami flavor and note that this style isn't "beery" like some other lo mein out there, if that's what you're into. The sauce of the general tsos is very good, especially ordered as extra spicy as shown here. There is more breading on the chicken than preferred and many of the smaller pieces were unfortunately pure breading. The portions were very generous, leaving plenty for leftovers. Not pictured is the matcha strawberry drink, which I really liked. Be sure to specify if you want pearls in your drink as it didn't automatically come with it and I forgot to request it. We will definitely be back for the excellent dumplings and tsos! I highly recommend Dumpling House.
waited an 55 minutes for hibochi and food was a great flavor but barely warm. portions were small and had three glasses of water for all the guests and they were nice enough to give me theirs cause we didnt see the waiter for over 30 minutes. atmosphere was 63 degrees so i was getting cold sitting for that long with nothing but ice water, ringing phone for the house across the dinning area and very brite lights inside but that just a small thing. overall the flavor could make the place good but given the staffing they need a smaller more quaint place so they can create the correct balance of atmosphere and service. They did give a discount. try the place it seems this may be an anomaly and the flavor was great.
