Sugar Fix Boba Cafe

update: went again and stayed longer. i got their pistachio latte w oat milk and my friend got their strawberry milk drink and they were sooo goood!! they also make their drinks so pretty instead of jumping dumping stuff together so it's always aesthetic. i also ordered their chicken cutlet sandwich with fries and it was also pretty good. good pricing for what you get and nice staff! wifi and outlets worked well and they do have a restroom you can use in the back so just let them know! 4.5, loved their dirty thai tea! great size for the price, cute little spot, and had good wifi, few seating though. not sure if they have restroom. but they have great options for drinks and savory food!

Fun visit to Sugar Fix Cafe. The first thing that stood out to me was the variety of flavors they offered. They had a wide range of options, from traditional milk teas to more unique fruit flavors including smoothies. I appreciate that they cater to different tastes and preferences. The quality of the boba itself was good, with a nice chewy texture. The ambiance of the shop was pleasant as well. It had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink. The seating area was small but comfortable and clean. They have a few high top chairs two smaller tables inside. I got a large Thai Tea with boba. It was $7.50. The price was a bit on the higher side compared to other boba shops in the area.Additionally, the drink customization options were limited. I would have liked more flexibility in adjusting the sweetness and ice levels to suit my taste preferences.

My family and I stopped by here after dinner because my wife wanted her Thai Milk Tea while we were across the street. When we came around 8pm, it was basically quiet and the plaza parking spots were almost all available. When we walked in, the 2 staff greeted us and was waiting for our order. We took a couple of minutes looking at the menu because it was our first time here. My wife got a regular size Thai Milk Tea, my sister got the Hokkaido Milk Tea and my niece wanted the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It didn't take our drinks order long to come out. We exited the store but then my nephew wanted some macarons so we went back in. I got him 4 strawberry macarons and 2 strawberry. Everyone loved their drink and my nephew loved his macarons. They have some seating inside if you want to sit there and enjoy your drink. They also have some snacks on their menu so if I was to return, I would try their popcorn chicken.

Good quality, cozy place with friendly staff. First time here, I got Mango Jasmine Dragonfruit Green Tea and Brown Sugar Milk. Love the fruit tea with strong jasmine green tea flavor. The milk tea with dark concentrated brown sugar is a plus. Will come back.

Visited for the first time with my family a couple days ago. This hidden away gem has a nice selection of drinks, snacks, and desserts. Will definitely visit again! My daughter loved their mozzarella sticks!

Very small, cute little café. The drinks were huge and reasonably priced. Very delicious. The vanilla bean cupcake was decent. The bread was good but the frosting tasted off I don’t know if it was old or if they just taste that way but a good way to explain it is the vanilla bean frosting has no flavor with a slight case of rancid water.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Instead of handling a payment issue privately, the staff chose to yell about it in front of other customers, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. If there was a problem with the payment, the respectful and professional approach would have been to speak to me directly and discreetly not make a public scene. Customer service is not just about the product, but about how you treat people. Unfortunately, this place failed badly in that aspect. I will not be returning.
