H2O Sushi & Izakaya

H2O Sushi & Izakaya has been our go-to sushi spot for a long time. It had started to feel a bit hit or miss, but our last visit was excellent. Service was friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. One suggestion would be to clean up and liven up the bar area a bit. Overall, things feel back on track and we hope they keep it up, we love coming here.

Not the place to go for dairy-free options. We went for the all-you-can-eat premium sushi lunch special. I understand they won't do modifications, so I asked what rolls don't contain dairy. What I found out after talking to 2 waiters & a manager: their spicy mayo & krabmeat contain dairy, but the spicy tuna is safe. That left about 6 rolls to choose from, so we picked the 3 without shrimp listed b/c my lunch companion is allergic, yet one came with shrimp anyway (which I had to eat). In summary, if you have no allergies or restrictions the sushi is just fine. Just be really careful if you do need to know what you're eating.

We had a great experience! The waiters were extremely kind and the food was to die for! The sushi was fresh and tasted extremely well. Me and my group loved every minute of it! I got the Alaskan roll and it was very savory and delicious! We also had the tempura roll which was equally as amazing! We definitely will be returning!

Excellent value for $19.99 All-You-Can-Eat for lunch! Good variety of rolls to choose from. Service was fantastic and friendly! Easy free parking lot in front of the restaurant. Will definitely come back for more sushi in the future!

Here is the price and product. Ordered for delivery. Long story short, there was nothing that stood out that should have resulted in that final cost Edit review: price of the Mexican roll in photo has increased to $14.24. So thats one crazy jump. Quality remains the same

Had some dinner with a group of friends and we all noticed how one of the restaurant staff (she looked like a supervisor) mistreated, yelled and was extremely rude at an elderly delivery guy, think DoorDash. From the Marketing and Customer Service points of view, this was really unprofessional coming from a supervisor and it’s totally unacceptable. We asked the waiter for this lady’s name and he kept quiet. I used to work for Amazon and I know how hard it’s to try to deliver products to the customers right on Time. Felt really sad 😔 for the poor delivery guy who was trying to do his job. Even though the food was decent, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, it doesn’t worth my money. SMH.

Every time I try to make a to-go order, they either don’t answer the phone or tell me the wait time is extremely long. Today I called just to order a side of smelt eggs and a side of spicy mayo not even sushi and they said it would still be an hour wait because they’re backed up on to-go orders. I don’t know if they got new management, but if they did, it’s definitely not for the better. This place used to be so much more attentive and reliable, but the service has gone downhill. Really disappointing to see one of my favorite sushi spots turn into this. I’ll be looking for a new place from now on.
