We came to this location this morning because we’ve had such great experiences at the other branch, and we even drove from Virginia Beach just to get it. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet the same standard. My main concern is consistency. At the other branch, I’ve always been able to order my drink with no ice, even if it means paying extra—which I’m completely fine with. I just don't like my drinks watered down and that's always been my preference. Here, one staff member was very kind and said it wouldn’t be a problem, but then another male employee stepped in and said they couldn’t do that. It honestly left a bad impression with me because it came across less as following procedure and more as dismissive, which didn’t sit well with me. I don’t blame the staff, as I know employees can only follow the rules they’re given, but I do hope management ensures consistency across all branches so customers don’t feel like they’re getting different answers at different locations. To add to the frustration, I was told after ordering that the boba pearls wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. I almost cancelled but the girls did their best to work on my order and I'm really grateful for them. I want to give credit where it’s due—the girls working at the counter were wonderful, very nice, and had great customer service. But overall, because of the inconsistency and how dismissive that one interaction felt, I don’t see myself coming back to this location.

Love Tealux Cafe! Luna fruit tea and red Thai tea are SO good, like must-order every time. The staff recommended their new sodas and they were super refreshing too! Really liked it! Always the best vibes in here.

This location is so convenient whenever I need a treat after my classes. I always go-to order is a Taro Milk Tea/Scarlet and a Pork Banh Mi. Our organization did a fundraiser here, and am pleased to say staff are inviting and food/drinks are great. 😊

I've ordered Doordash from here twice this week, and everything has tasted pretty good but the quality control is bad. Both times I ordered the macaroons and both times I received 6 macaroons instead of 5. The first time 3 were barely edible, the cookies were hard and crunchy like they were very stale and the filling in the middle felt like eating a hard candy. The second time only one was that way, but I still received it. I'm very disappointed because everything else tasted really good so I don't understand why I got such bad product in the first place.

Nice spot for a quick treat. There are kiosk makes ordering easy, but be sure to sign up for the app to get rewards before placing an order. Drink comes out quickly. The seating area is bright, clean and inviting. So even if you initially planned on taking your drink to go, you may end up saying for a few minutes to chill.

Tommy who works here is the best worker. He always has a great attitude and is very helpful in picking from the large list of tea’s. Here is a picture of the grass jelly milk tea. Make sure to also try out Tealux’s Vietnamese sandwiches as they taste great.

The customer service was bad and unsatisfactory. I asked her to get some bag cause I can’t carry all the drinks by myself ( like the pictures).It’s safe when I drive too. But she refused to give it to me and so attitude.Maybe racism with Asian. The food was easy to pour out cause these paper cup and box. They poured into my clothes and car. Poor quality:))
