Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

We had Cupbop for our 1st time for dinner. And can I say delicious 😋 the bowls were very filling. We also had a korean corndog and that may be something to order in store. We had delivery and it was very mushy but my grandson still enjoyed it. We will definitely eat here again.

Firstly, I love the food here. I’ve been eating here since this location opened. However, there is a blatant problem with consistency. If I ever order for delivery I usually receive something with a mistake (missing ingredient), totally understand not that big of a deal, but you would maybe expect to receive the same quality that you get in store, if not for travel mishaps during delivery. Lately, there has been an inconsistency with sauce and portion. Either too much or too little (important to note that I always get the same thing). Today though I ordered in store, hardly any sauce and halfway through I noticed an abundance of black pepper (see photo). Again, I really love the food here, but it’s frustrating how poor the consistency of service is.

I only gave a 1 star because I ordered online and they only gave me half my order ): the food was so good but really disappointed on how they forgot half my order. We ordered 2 of each Korean corn dogs And 2 orders of the chicken but only received 2 Korean corn dogs and one 6 piece chicken.

Great flavors, really just need to make a choice around the proteins and spice level. For protein, I went with Rock & Piggy (Combo bop), both were great. Service is friendly but they stay busy cranking out to go orders. It's a great new fast casual concept. Love it!

Had great service. Didnt get his name but was kind and quick with service, he had nose piercings. Food was amazing!!

We tried CupBop for the first time today and we were definitely not disappointed!! The gal working the front asked if it was our first time and when she learned it was she gave us the download on everything. She was so kind and professional and really made the experience great! The food was pretty good. Definitely fast food/assembly line lukewarm, which took away from the overall taste, but otherwise we were pleasantly happy with everything. We each got two different proteins so we could try a little bit of everything. The rock, and the katsu were our favorite. I liked the crunch of the cabbage in the bowl. We live out of state, and will most definitely be back when we visit, but don’t think this would be a regular meal if we lived locally.

Went in to cupbop to get my fix of korean lunch Aiyanna told me about the new wings and fries. Had to try them the sauce and wings were fantastic would recommend
