I must say, for a non vegan open to trying items, everything I tried was as good as it could be for know it was a bait and switch. The cuban pork and deli turkey were my favorites. Amazing selection of on site made vegan foods that totally replicate all your favourite prepared deli meats. Workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. 100% recommend!

This is an absolute must try! I’m not vegan, but I absolutely love the food here. Made from simple ingredients, the food and sauces taste amazing.

I had been dying to experience a vegan butcher shop and during my recent trip to Minneapolis, finally had my chance... and all I can say is, MORE!! We order some food to eat on site, it's not a restaurant, though there is some seating, which is awkward but the food more than made up for it. I ordered an Italian Cold Cut Sandwich, which I ate later (amazing), but on site my mom had the Hot Bacon Brat (hot means warn not spicy) with cheese (tried a bite and we both loved it), while I had the special, a Ranchy Bacon Mac Hot Panini (holy... ok I won't swear but you get the idea). I bought the Meat-Free snapback hat, a Nope T-shirt, The Herbivorous Butcher Cookbook and a selection of meats and cheeses to try at home, which included; Bacon Brats, Ribeye Steaks, Korean BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Maple Glazed Bacon, Garlic Pepper Havarti Cheese, Dill Havarti Cheese... absolute heaven!! The offerings are very well thought out and I can't wait to try the cook book recipes too.

I've been wanting to come here for years and finally I'm visiting and got my chance to check it out. Was not disappointed. I spent way too much money but I wasn't coming back through so damn near bought one of everything. I got the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Panini. Yummy. The Italian Cold Cut. Delicious. Then I bought Korean Jerky, Korean BBQ ribs, Maple Bacon, Maple Sage Breakfast Sausage, Fried Chicken Bites, and Brie cheese to try later. So far not disappointed with the jerky or the ribs. The textures and flavors are spot on. Very happy. They do ship but it's just easier to get it here.

I had their fried chicken at the State Fair this year and it was amazing! I got a real meal at the fair which made me so happy. The texture and flavors were so delicious. I went to the fair twice and the second time I had to get more of the chicken - it was my #1 favorite food item there this year. Even my partner who isn't vegan and is very hard to impress with vegan food thought it was really good.

Been following this place on social media for years, but never got a chance to try out their products. Walked in the shop today and was amazed by how beautiful and authentic this place looks, really great job to the owners and team. Ordered two hot sandwiches, both were outstanding. The prices are pleasantly moderate and the servings are large. Five stars all the way, keep it up!

Wow. Just wow! This place warms my heart. Everyone is smiling all the time. No animals harmed in the making of anything. Joy and love throughout. And holy buckets the selection and flavor! I could drink the queso. I literally licked out the the container. Thank you for having so many gluten free options also! And THANK YOU for standing with our community. We are so lucky to have you.
