Jinju Tofu

Excellent choice to get tasty Korean food while not breaking the bank. The set has a great variety of food which is nutritious for all ages as well.

It was the best sundubu (soft tofu stew) I've ever had in Seattle. I didn't expect much since it was inside a food court, but the banchan (side dishes) were delicious and the LA galbi was also great. Highly recommended!

Jinju Tofu is located in the H Mart food court at the very end. I ordered: Vegetable Soon Tofu / 야채 순두부 $16.99 Seaweed & Mushroom Broth $0.00 Purple Rice $1.00 I was pleasantly surprised that not only did it come with some banchan but also with a fried croaker 조기 which was quite good. The Vegetable Soon Tofu itself did not have as hearty of a flavor as I am used to and the tofu seemed more like soft tofu than soon tofu. Still, because of the unexpected fried croaker and the friendliness of the woman who took the order I am giving this place four stars.

The food was super plain. I asked for zero spice, not zero flavor. Server was friendly

We did Ubereats. delicious banchan & good portion of tofu. I will try Spicy next time.

Food used to good here but not anymore. Service was good. Atmosphere was average food court.
