HHD (Heuk Hwa Dang)

I recently visited this new bubble tea spot, and overall, I had a pleasant experience! First, the ambience is adorable — the store is very clean, aesthetically decorated, and has a cozy vibe with cute sofa chairs. It’s definitely a nice place to relax or hang out with friends. The customer service was also excellent; the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I actually called in my order at 11:29 PM (just a minute before closing at 11:30 PM), and they still took my order without hesitation — really appreciated that! Now, about the menu — I tried the croffles, and while they were absolutely delicious, I personally felt the portion size didn’t quite match the price. At $10.25, it felt a bit steep for what you get, even though the flavor was spot-on. I also tried the mango soft serve, which looked very tempting. Visually, it was appealing, served with mango syrup and what seemed to be canned mango. I asked if it was topped with fresh mango, and the employee said yes — but when I tasted it, it didn’t quite feel like fresh-cut mango to me. It was okay overall, but didn’t wow me like I hoped it would. In short: Amazing service and lovely atmosphere, tasty croffles (though a bit pricey), and a mango dessert that’s just alright. Still worth checking out if you’re nearby!

solid bingsoo. large portion, great for sharing between 2-3 people. flavors were all there, fruits were fresh and the 'snow' is a good texture. not clumpy or overly sweet. overall very balanced. its served in a interesting hotpot-like bowl but the metal gets cold too and i feel like it didnt melt quickly like it does when served in other containers. would come back.

I come here often. The quality is incomparable to other cafes, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back. The art is so cute, too.

Came in yesterday and total order came to $40 with one drink, ice cream and three different croffles and their coin. For one drink it took 20 minutes. I went to register and asked why it was taking so long since there was no line and not a lot of people. They said it was because baked goods or croffles take a longer time. A party that came after us and having waited 3 minutes had three drinks and 3 different baked goods that was served. The workers are nice but no urgency and why did the other group get priority service? Their brown sugar strawberry was 7.9/10 brown sugar croffle 6.7/10, coin 5.9/10, brown sugar bubble ice cream 7.8/10, brown sugar taro milk bubble 7.3/10.

New opened boba and croffle place in Lynnwood! There is a kiosk, you don't need to contact people for order however the employees are kind and have good smile. I ordered taro milk tea and it is good.

Visited twice now and haven’t been disappointed. The croffle was perfectly balanced—not too sweet. The jasmine milk tea was excellent, and the ice cream was just as good.
