All I can say this place is superior to most places, what it comes to mind is a beautiful bold boutique kaffee place. I had their caramel ice latte it had a hint of caramel without been over powering , it wasn't too sweet, It was well balanced all around, their mango smoothie had an fresh mango taste that I would compared to a mango lassi with a better balance of flavor and sweetness which wasn't over powering. Overall it was a great experience great hidden gem in the heart of town. Went back to try their specialty kaffee Bohnen. It definitely didn't disappoint. Amazing coffee the used almond milk instead of regular milk the flavors work so good together. I am coming back.

found this place while doomscrolling google maps during my media fast and it instantly became my default study cafe 😋 perfect study vibes, great coffee (got the bohnen latte with oat milk), lots of comfortable seating, clean washroom, music isn’t loud, good wifi and plenty of outlets. doesn’t seem too busy on weekdays, parking is available (only ~5 customer spaces in the structure but street parking is easy enough) and even the security guard was super nice. 10/10 place to study alone or with a friend, just wish it was open a little later 🥀

The start of the semester means homework and that means locking myself at a study cafe. Kaffee Bohnen is tucked away on Olympic across from Surawon, with a small garage and plenty of street parking. There’s very good bus access from USC via 754/204 and a short walk after. The tables are huge, filled with outlets and it doesn't really get too crowded. The menu is largely einspanners but can be customized to be without cream. I got the black einspanner, which is basically an Americano with a cream top. It was the perfect creaminess without being heavy, and the coffee was fairly strong and leaned a little acidic, which was promptly washed away by the cream. My friend got the strawberry matcha sans einspanner, which didn't have added syrup but real strawberry. Their unsweetened drinks were well-balanced and I will definitely return!

Truly a magical experience every time I come to Kaffee Bohnen! Malcolm takes such good care of me. The Bohnen Cold Brew is hands down the best specialty coffee I’ve had in LA. (and I’m a coffee addict.) I usually only drink black coffee, but this drink is crated so perfectly that I have to come back for it. In regard to the shop, the bathroom is ALWAYS CLEAN. It’s amazing. There are so many outlets if you’re here to work. But there are also cute couches and many place to hang out if you’re here to catch up with a friend. There’s a small parking lot, but street parking is always available as well. If you come, make sure to order either the Bohnen Latte or Bohnen Cold Brew! Tou won’t be disappointed!!

A great cafe that is unfortunately kind of hidden away by the exterior. Now, they do have their business name emblazoned on the wall in large letters on the outer wall, but it's not very noticeable if you're walking on this side of the street. It also doesn't help that there's a place that's under construction right by the entryway, so at first glance the place looks like it is still under construction. I assure you it is open, and Kaffee Bohnen is a great place to enjoy some quality coffee, some pastry, and a fine selection of chocolate and honey that they sell. Place is well lit, has spacious tables with power outlets on top, comfortable chairs and plenty of greenery to help you focus on whatever it is that you need doing. There's also a nice couch which appear to be a coveted seating for those who are just looking to relax for a bit. It also has a parking lot with the entrance on S Catalina St. It's not terribly big but still a welcome amenity in K-town. Overall, a great place that needs to be noticed by more people--they're still pretty new after all (2 1/2 months, from what the nice barista told me).

Great coffee, great parking. Tucked away coffee shop with an industrial aesthetic and a very rare k-town offering of its very own parking structure. The barista was very helpful in suggesting which drinks to get. My husband got the Spanish latte which was very good - one of the best I’ve had in LA. Not too sweet with the perfect amount of cinnamon. I got the bohnen latte iced with oat milk. It was also good, but I think the Oatmilk overpowered the maple a bit, next time I would get it with regular milk. Wi-Fi is available, and most of the people there are focused on working. If you do socialize that’s fine, you might just want to keep it down a bit. Some pastries available. A very sizable clean bathroom is available as well. Great hidden gem in k-town if you want an easy spot to settle in and get some work done.

It's a proper size store. It is clean and has a plug station on the table, so it is good to charge a computer or phone. It is open until five o'clock during the week. The coffee made by a manager named Malcolm tastes good. Kind.
