First time here and loved the service! The individual who helped me put my order in was super helpful and friendly! She recommended me the cold brew vanilla and it’s kicking in for before shift!!! I also got a chocolate croissant for a bite an it was good!!! Recommend warming it up! The vibe of this shop was very modern, seating is shared amongst others which jogs my memory back in elementary school days haha. Love it tho! Gives off a sense of community vibes! Would need to come back for their matcha another time tho!!!

My favorite place for matcha in LA. They make every drink with high quality ingredients and lots of care. Super clean spot, great for working or just chilling for the sweet sweet vibes. I’d definitely recommend the einspaner if you want something creamy.

Warehouse style cafe with minimal design touches. I tried the matcha einspanner and it was smooth and well prepared. The matcha itself was a subtle variety and didn’t lend as much vibrancy or earthiness as I had hoped or prefer. I would probably try a regular matcha latte next time to get a better sense of its flavor. They also carry pastries and the chocolate croissant I had was delicious and buttery. I would give this place another try or make a stop if it was in the Arts District.

I work nearby and was very excited when Damo opened its new Arts District location. Not surprisingly, the drinks are consistently delicious. I pick them up for our team all the time. I’ve been coming almost every week since they opened, and the experience has always been excellent. Simon, Abby, and the rest of the staff provide outstanding customer service. They are spacious, dog-friendly, and has a great music vibe. A perfect spot for matcha or einspänner runs, meetings, or just a break in the day!

Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Environment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful space with a clean, all-white interior. Very calm and quiet—most people were working on their laptops. A great place to sit and get things done. Coffee ⭐⭐⭐⭐½☆ • Matcha Latte w/ Milk Foam ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. • Hojicha Latte ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Nice roasted aroma and flavor, but slightly on the sweet side. Overall, a very solid coffee spot with a beautiful environment and well-made drinks. Definitely worth visiting.

Da-mo offers delicious and refreshing high-quality drinks!!! I had the strawberry matcha latte extra stronggggggg and also tried the yuzu espresso tonic. Both were tasty! I’ll definitely be back to try their einspeners!! Cannot wait.

Super delicious matcha! 🍵 Wasn’t expecting this place to be this insanely huge. There are lots of people with laptops so I’m assuming there’s WiFi. Also since this place is so large and with this amount of people it was pretty loud there (in case you’re looking for a quiet space) Cute photo corners at the entrance. Lots of baristas as the bar so orders are prepared fast.
