love coming here!!! this is the best addition theyve ever added to 99 ranch😭 their meat selections are fresh and portions are great too, the options are a bit limited and i wish there was more variety but the quality is pretty good so i wont complain too much. Only concern is that i wish that they updated their operating hours, came on a friday night with my boyfriend and their hours on Google and Yelp said 12:30 Fri-Sun, so we went in after i had got off of work at 9:50 ish and they said that they closed at 10:30 but they'd still let us sit if we wanted to dine in still, but i work in the restaurant industry aswell so i know how dreadful it is to have last minute customers coming in and wanting to dine in especially that close to closing time so i just said that id come back another day and they gave me a coupon which made up for it but i still wish that they were more transparent with their hours especially online.

New location and interesting story of its origin. We were intrigued by the prices and AYCE options. We thought the they made a really good use of the space. Hotpot selections were decent. The service was excellent and very accommodating. The soup base was flavorful. The fresh veggies, fish , prawns, and other frozen meats was good. Plenty of sauces to create your own concoction of dipping sauces. There were some fresh fruits as well. The only thing we wish was better are have marinated meats for the grill or Hotspot. The flavor gets a bit one note ish after a short while. But for the value, we thought it's was ok.

Cute little place that is easy to find. Staff was welcoming and explained everything fairly well! Our group of girls are here for the first time for Galentine’s! Excited! We enjoyed this place a lot. We are all so full we didn’t even have room for dessert. Some of the staff made us laugh a handful of times. Warning, the spicy beef tallow was extremely spicy. I asked for no peppers and there was still peppers in it and personally I couldn’t handle the heat. If you enjoy super spicy it is definitely for you! The Laksa was probably our favorite, but kind of too salty. I’d probably get it and ask them to fill it half with the Laksa broth and half with the broth refill they give to cut the sodium. The beef bone broth is on the clean and bland side but after the overly spicy broth, I enjoyed it being bland, lol. I wish they had the bean thread noodles, but they didn’t. I’m not sure if they never have it or just not today. All of us wished they had egg or quail eggs. Overall, we had a good time and our bellies are full. I would personally come back.

This is one of the BEST hotpot and BBQ restaurants in town. All staff are super friendly, especially Shelley who took the time to greet and walk us through the options, and the meat is super fresh and absolutely delicious. It is rare to get both of the hotpot and BBQ options on the table, and better yet, the choice of soup base for hotpot for each individual is smart in case different people on the same table want different taste of the soup base. There are lots of meat choices and all of them are fresh. The buffet style counter for vegetables and seafood is delightful and has many choices. It is a long wait to get a table. We got there at 5 pm on a Tuesday for an early dinner but still had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table. They said it could take 2 hours to get a table during peak hours. That said, the long wait is well worth it. Is it pricey to pay $41.98 per person plus tax and gratuity? Yes, it is, but again, it is so worth paying! It clearly goes to the category of you get what you pay for, and this restaurant delivers well on both services and food quality. So bring lots of patience to wait for a table and for great service, and be ready to pay relatively more for great food, you will be super delighted! My group was so, so full and happy when we left. We will definitely come back.

Impressed by the food but was even more impressed by the service. Great selection of meats and seafood and other proteins and veggies. Very fresh. Huge sauce bar which is included and while not a huge dessert selection, it is authentic with what an Asian would consider as dessert. However our waiter Chris and the service team here definitely deserve a huge mention. I usually hate tipping as service is mediocre and tips are expected, but I did not hesitate and was more than happy to tip here. They came to refill our sodas, hotpot, and sauces. Constantly came by to help us cook and cut our meats and made sure we had everything we needed. Outside of the 2 star michelin restaurant I went to in Milan, this was easily the best service I've received at a restaurant which is surprising as this is more of a self-service, cook-it-yourself type of place. Chris and the service team deserve the highest of praises.

Everything was fresh and delicious! It was our first time at Liuyishou in Kent, and we had a great experience. JP, Chris, Alisha, Miguel and Ethan were all very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. Excellent service and amazing food — we’ll definitely be back!

Visited the newly opened Hot Pot in Kent, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was excellent—the staff were attentive and friendly. What really stood out was their wide variety of snacks, including unique Chongqing-style desserts like fried glutinous rice balls. The individual hot pot option was super convenient, and they even offer BBQ! If you love spicy food, their spicy beef tallow broth is a must-try. Overall, a great dining experience—highly recommended!
