⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE WEDGE INN CAFE GOT ME IN A CHOKEHOLD FR FR 😭🔥✨ Bruh, this lil Janesville spot is straight up giving Boomer nostalgia vibes but in the coziest, "let me tuck you in with a cup of diner coffee" kinda way 👵☕️💖 Our server Rachel was out here running tables AND the counter like she was in the finals of a diner Olympics, zero sweat, zero fear, just pure Sunday-morning sigma energy 😤💅 She’s smiling, she’s chatting, she’s stacking plates like Jenga blocks, and somehow still makes you feel like you’re her favorite table. GOATED. 🐐✨ Back in the kitchen the cookers are straight throwing DOWN, pans sizzling, eggs flipping, hash browns crisping, whole backline hitting that synchronized "yes chef" choreography 👨‍🍳🔥🕺 Menu? Small. Quality? MAXED OUT. Everything is Bussin’ classic Americana, no skips. The bakery case had me ready to risk it all — pecan rolls, sweet rolls, donuts, bro it’s all dangerously fire 🍩🔥🤤 And uh… yeah… sometimes places like this hit a little different when you’re sitting there realizing some people you love ain’t sitting across from you anymore. But that’s life. You eat the sweet stuff, you breathe the warm air, and you keep going. ❤️✨ Anyway, 10/10 would devour again. 🥞😮‍💨💯

The Wedge Inn is hands-down my new favorite spot for breakfast! This small-town diner has everything you could want—great food, unbeatable prices, and fast, friendly service. I was amazed by how affordable the menu is; it’s easily the best value I’ve found, especially for the quality. The food was delicious and exactly what I needed to start my day. And don’t miss the snacks at the front counter! They’re the perfect little treat to grab on your way out. If you’re in the area and looking for a fantastic breakfast without breaking the bank, The Wedge Inn is a must-visit!

If The Wedge isn't on you're list of "go-to" breakfast spots in town, you're missing out. The Milwaukee Street Special (Corned beef hash and eggs) was cooked perfectly on the flat iron with just the right amount of crunch while keeping the center warm and tender. I had over medium eggs, also done with perfect consistency, which most places mess up and 3 different varieties of hot sauce to choose from. The wait staff was super nice and attentive without hovering over me. The fresh baked pastries up front puts this gem over the top and all for $7.50. 🤗 I easily would have paid double! 10/10.

My husband and I Stopped in for a bite to eat on a whim. We ordered the French dip and homemade soup. It was really good. Brought home cod fish and fries for kids. They loved it! Waitress and staff was friendly and did a great job as well. Definitely come back.

First off, our server was very nice. That is why its 2 stars instead of one. My issue is with their pricing. My wife ordered their traditional breakfast which was eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. She asked if she could have bacon instead of sausage and was told there was an upcharge. It turned out the upcharge was $4, to have bacon instead of sausage. Every restaurant I have ever been to offers bacon or sausage. Such a rip. I wanted to order the breakfast that had 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and bacon. But I wanted to have French toast instead of pancakes. When you looked in their ala cart menu one French toast and one pancake were the same price. They wouldn't change it and it ended up costing me $4 more to get what I wanted. I get it. They run their restaurant however they want to. But they set you up to upcharge you with everything they do. To not have bacon as an option for breakfast is a deal killer for us. Its just a bad business plan. The food was ok at best. This was our first and last experience with the Wedge Inn. We go to breakfast 3-4 days a week. Citrus Cafe kills this place!!

Where do I start? Hash browns are amazing, cinnamon rolls are addictive and great coffee. You get your moneys worth here and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The waitress was very helpful at 5:30a.m. and not grouchy in the least. Food was hot and fresh.

We landed here due to sheer luck and omgolly, their Potato donuts!!! What a gem of a cafe wedged amidst Pizza Hut and a bar. We went for lunch and tried their homemade donut for dessert. I was honestly FLOORED. The next time I take my family out to breakfast, we’re going here!
