Fuji Steakhouse

We’ve been coming here for years, and we were excited to see the changes after the remodel and new ownership. I was happy to see some of the same things, like the sauces are the same and the portion sizes are huge like always! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal with our chef, he cooked the food to perfection and everything from the crab rangoons to the fried ice cream was top notch! Management was super sweet and all of the staff are so helpful. Definitely was worth the wait for a remodel, and I am excited to take my family again! They managed to get everyone at my table laughing, and some can be a tough crowd. Amazing dining experience from start to finish! Can’t wait to go back

Love this place! Always a special treat to get your dinner cooked right in front of you. The food is great, and the portion size is quite large for the Hibachi meals. Also, they put on a great show.

Went after their new opening. Used to be a regular, but I will definitely not be coming back again. The salad is no longer the same, the hibachi isn’t the same, and This is the hibachi noodle I ordered?? I always got my favorite of yummy noodles with delicious rice and veggies, and this is what I waited nearly an hour for?? My friend got her hibachi steak, and I STILL waited 20 minutes just to get this disgusting plate. Not to mention I had to chew these noodles like gum.. The waitress also took my friends money, and didn’t even ask if she needed change back. The food is terrible, and the service is too.. being disappointed is an understatement. Way to ruin one of my favorite restaurants in Janesville..

Had a really great meal here. The sushi rolls were all really good to share between all of us. Also shared one of their hibachi grill meals. Everything was really good, tasted fresh, and was served quickly. The cocktails were also really good at a fair price. Worth stopping if you are in the area.

We loved the new Fuji , it was really good we love the new sauce and dips everything tasted so fresh, we met the owner he was actually our chef he was really nice really good he made my son a fried ice cream treat , it was delicious made my son so happy, we definitely coming back, highly recommended!!!

We had fun! Friday before valentines day, we got a booth just to save time since it was late. Got in right away. Our waitress was really friendly, kind and we got our food fast. Was delicious. Would definitely go again
