CV BBQ

Not a bad first experience, but some things can be improved on. Ordered Buffalo Wings but sauce was more watery than thick. Sausage had flavor, but was very dry. Tri-tip could use some more flavor and grilled chicken was good. Great presentation and customer service but unfortunately food was not up to par in comparison with competitors. (+$60)

I was looking for a new spot to eat in Coachella and I saw the 4.8 rating this place has so I had to try it out and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Everything I ordered was fire to 🔥🔥🔥 to say the least. I'm definitely coming back to try out marf.

It was all OK... The tri trip and pulled pork was pretty moist. Portions were good and the value of my meal excellent. The Mac & Cheese didn't dry out and the corn (IMHO) was very very good...couldn't eat the bread which seemed like a basic, grilled hot dog bun. The worse part are the water cups, so tiny... I had to make 4 trips to the cooler to refill. Hated that part.

I had the rib plate, very meaty pork , fall off the bone ribs, I picked Mac & cheese , coleslaw as my sides, both were excellent. My husband had a tri-tip sandwich with corn bread. He said the tri-tip was perfect , not fatty. Everything had good flavor and the customer service was great. It’s a very casual place. People were placing takeout orders. Will different be back.

First time trying cv BBQ. I was really impressed. The service was great. I was greeted when I walked in and the server came to check on us to make sure we were doing ok. The Mac n cheese was so yummy. I got the 1 meat plate with Mac n cheese and a caesar salad. The dressing is homemade! I can't wait to come back!

Our first time here, but not our last. We recommend the tri tip and pulled pork. We sampled the chili, which we might order next time. We shared 4 sides - all delicious- mac n cheese, bbq beans, potato salad, and corn off the cob. We kept saying how good every bite was.

Absolutely my favorite bbq place in the Coachella valley!!! I had the pleasure of doing photography with their food and got to try a lot of their items and oh my god just the best !!! The 3 meat plate, to the breakfast burrito , u can’t go wrong with anything u order there!!!
