What a nice simple little restaurant. They have great cheesesteaks fantastic Reuben sandwiches and I plan to try their burger sometime in the future. Very friendly staff and a clean place. Apparently this business has been around in Brevard for over 25 years. Yeah I'm probably wrong way off but that's saying a lot in this day and age. People are picky about their cheesesteak sandwiches. Well let me assure you it has nothing to do with the commercial places up in Philadelphia like P and G's. This is the authentic Philly cheesesteak that you get in town Philly. The place where all the locals go. This is the recipe. They are on a white soft roll where the steak is easy to chew bursting with good flavor and just melts in your mouth. But don't take my word for it. Ask other locals. I know when I'm on beachside where I'm going to go for a cheesesteak and of course try their other stuff. Have fun...

This is one of my favorite places for a good cheesesteak out towards beachside, definitely reminds of subs from Philly/South Jersey area.

Well I’ve been living in Melbourne for almost 3 years now and every time I go metal detecting on the beach I’ve noticed this Philly’s Finest Cheesesteak restaurant and was always wanting to try it out since I’m from NYC but what kept me away was that here in Florida the food tastes very different down here and I’m not sure why so anyway I decided to give it a shot and wow I have to say this foot long steak hero was delicious! Also the fries were really good as well. The price for all including soda and tip was about $23. and change.

The food was amazing! We ordered cheesesteaks, mozzarella sticks, and philly style specialty tots. The cheesesteaks were huge! (We ordered small) Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great and the staff was friendly. They even called me after I left to let me know an item was forgotten in my bag and gave me a refund. As Philadelphia area residents, we highly recommend Phillies Finest!

New favorite cheese steak place. Prices are reasonable and the cheese steaks are pretty big, even the small ones. Everyone there is always nice and the owner, Shawn is always super nice and outgoing. They also have a rewards program so you can redeem points for discounts. Highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed a delicious steak and cheese philly here. They also serve beer here. I included a picture of their selections. There is a small eating area inside the restaurant. Not a place for large parties. A group of 6 to 8 could definitely get some tables by each other. The service was slower then I would like. I guess you can't rush good food. There is ample free parking.
