I had a great experience with this special THE BEP ! The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect especially Linh, An, Duy and kitchen staff Ms Mai. I drove there from Dallas and they exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how quickly they responded to any questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service! Drinks and food are great especially bánh tráng trộn 🤩yummy

Neat viet boba spot. I liked that fruit tea has real fruit pieces. Milk tea tasted good too - boba could be fresher though

I had a really bad experience at The Bep Teahouse. I ordered three drinks through their iPad kiosk and waited around 45 minutes. When they finally called my name, they told me the flavors I picked weren’t available. No one told me earlier, and they waited until after all that time to say ‘sorry, only refunds.’I walked away with no drinks after almost an hour of waiting. They didn’t offer substitutions, an upgrade, or anything to make up for the wasted time. I understand items can be out of stock, but customers should be told right away, not after 45 minutes. I won’t be coming back.

We love The Bep! My family and I come here for the crunchy corn dogs and bubble tea. Their cups are super nice quality and cute - you can save and reuse them by the pool or at the beach. They are always super friendly and have a comfortable seating area. It’s the perfect place to stop and refuel after shopping the area. Love it!
