AD Boba

Incredible food! The surprisingly authentic taste of Bun Rieu really soothes the soul. A wonderful combination of well-balanced broth and top-tier proteins that comes with a big portion at a reasonable price. Banh Mi is also unexpectedly extraordinary, so full of flavors. A great variery of tasty boba drinks and delicious snacks. Cozy vibe. Welcoming staff. Overall a great spot to hang out with friends and family, especially weekend nights with karaoke sessions. Highly recommended!

I got the large coffee milk tea and a strawberry matcha latte. The coffee milk tea was delicious and the matcha was really good. The barista was very nice and welcoming.the decorations were amazing cozy yet very modern. My only complaint was that for the price of the coffee I’m expecting the cup to be full. I was missing about 2 inches of my coffee. And my drink was almost all ice. Other than that everything else was great. Had both drinks done in about 5 minutes.

It is such a beautiful concept to the area, very floral, aesthetically pleasing, and draws attention for sure! Me and my mom ordered their Thai Green Milk Tea, I personally like how the Thai Green Milk Tea has tasted, sweet, has the tea taste and the milk balance with it all is great! One downside which costed the 1 star was that the boba was a bit hard, and lacked sweetness and flavor as well, I do believe this is a small and fixable difference but other than that it is great! The manager or owner who came to greet us was very bubbly and polite, advertised their best foods and drinks and he is someone that is a great personality to the business and hopefully we’ll be back!

I was originally planning to go somewhere else but I saw their flag while I was passing by and decided to stop by and check in. The decorations are so cute!!!! They have a gorgeous flower tree that's cute for pictures. I got their pandan milk tea and sea salt foam coffee and special banh mi. I LOVED the pandan i'm a huge pandan fan and the sea salt coffee had a great flavor and it was strong (speaking as someone who works at a coffee shop and is required to know my coffee). My favorite part was definitely the banh mi. I wasn't sure about it at first since I don't eat banh mi often but it was soooo good th pork was grilled nicely and had a lot of flavor and the toppings on it were delicious. The staff were kind too and the owner Jay, was so friendly and offered me recommendations. Definitely a great new place to check out.

We passed by and decided to turn back because we had never seen this place, we are glad we did! As soon as we came in very good impression of the place, very pretty and clean. Owner was really nice suggesting what is popular since we are not familiar with the food or drinks. We tried the taro and tiramasu boba drinks and they were delicious, we also tried the sandwiches and they’re better than other places we have gone to, they’re very fresh here. We will be coming back FOR SURE!

The decorations for this boba place are an overkill. I believe some ladies would like to take some photos here and there. The new management is run by Vietnamese people. I got their buy 5 get 1 free deal. I tried out a lot of their drinks, although there were some errors in my order. Overall, the drink quality is okay. Fifty percent sugar is a little too sweet in my opinion. The Vietnamese crab noodle soup is also pretty tasty. This store is worth trying out.

Today I randomly stopped by Ad Boba, and the shop was decorated so beautifully. I’m a big fan of matcha latte, and luckily a staff member named Bảo Anh made my drink for me. She was super friendly and sweet. She even said that if I come back, she’ll remember today’s matcha recipe just for me.
