Disregard the food and ambience or the recent hype of the omurice, this place immediately becomes our favorite restaurant because of JACOB!! Shout out to this genuine soul with bubbly personality, he is so sweet, friendly, and attentive. Made good suggestions for us and spent some time with our youngster which all made our dining experience an unforgettable one and just made our day. The interior design is classy and trendy with 5 honey comb seating (each accommodates 2 ppl) and 1 bottle shape wooden seating design (accommodating 3-4 ppl). If you want to be seated in these, probably need to come early when they first open. It's very spacious inside, the Sakura tree seating area and the high table area are both elegant and perfect for your camera and add more fun and relaxation to the food tasting. Their combo is a great deal if you are new here and want to try more items. We love the Sapporo ramen, the broth is so rich and flavorful. The popcorn chicken is very juicy and with generous portions. Their spring roll is actually the deep fried egg roll. The dressing sauce of the jelly dessert is kinda like mango peach, fresh and sweet. The matcha pudding with red bean comes with creamy dressing, but it's probably more to the adults' taste buds, on the bitter side, and it's very firm, not really like pudding or crème Brulee. Their T bar drinks are very good, no menu on their website, but they do have menu on site. I'm not a fan of jelly but their jelly inside the drinks are very good with different texture from regular boba shops. They also have 3 different hot sauces for your preference, one of them looks really tasty and special. We already plan to bring more family and friends over and try their other ramens and of course the famous omurice.

We came because a friend’s coworker recommended it to them and it did not disappoint! The staff were all very kind and helpful. The food was so delicious especially the appetizers! They didn’t have a few items so it’ll be something to come back and visit for but overall the food and drinks were delicious. I will say the only ramen I didn’t find a 10/10 was the #9 Shoyu Chicken Ramen. The chicken was delicious but the broth just needed something else to really level it up. The #6 in spicy was perfect level of spice and flavor! The brown sugar bubble tea was a perfect sweetness and the coconut smoothie at 75% was smooth and the perfect sweetness!

Absolutely fantastic!! This was our first time and it WILL NOT be our last— we can’t wait to come back. Seating on a Monday night took no time at all. And the food was some of the yummiest ramen in town. On top of that, our hostess ‘Joy’ was the best! So kind and friendly and helpful and just AMAZING!! One might say… she was a joy!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was crazy friendly and the vibe was actually really nice. The interior design is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in Vegas for a ramen spot. Super aesthetic, super warm, and you can tell they really paid attention to the little details like the flyers, menus, table setup, all that. It feels like a place you’d bring friends, a date, or even family. Prices are a bit above average for Vegas, but nothing wild, and the atmosphere definitely makes it worth coming at least once. I tried this chain before in Texas, so I kind of had expectations, and they hit the mark. I got the chicken ramen and the broth was hearty and full of flavor. Noodles were chewy in a good way and the bowl looked clean and well put together. Only thing I wish is that they gave a little more meat, but overall it was a solid 8 out of 10. Since they just opened, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but they did a good job especially with how busy they already were. I also tried the omurice with pork katsu. The presentation was super similar to Japan which I liked a lot. Flavor wise, I’d give it a 7 out of 10. The fried rice inside felt a bit dry and the katsu wasn’t a fresh cutlet. It still had a crunch, but the meat portion inside was pretty small. For dessert, they gave me matcha pudding and that was about a 7.5 out of 10. Pretty solid and a nice way to end the meal. Overall, this spot has a ton of potential. The service, the vibe, and the aesthetic are already top tier, especially for a grand opening. Food is good and with a little more refinement it can easily hit that next level. Even with a few things that could be tweaked, I still want them to do well, and I’d honestly come back again for sure. For that reason, I’m giving them a 5 star review.

The food was really good! I would wait a minute then go back. Basically, this is a new spot and we ended up waiting an hour and a half to get seated. We had 2 kids with us and was told the wait would be 40 minutes. 40 mins is a bit of a wait but as a group we decided to wait- had we known it was going to be 1:30, we would have come back later or gone somewhere else. Also there was a really bad smell which might have been a sewer issue, but no one else seemed to notice the smell so 🤷🏽‍♀️. But the ramen was amazing!!! And the lemonade also amazing!! And the bao buns amazing! And the servers (who I think were understaffed) were amazing!!

I’ve been eager to try this place since it opened, and I finally got the chance. I went on a Thursday night with three other people. Usually, there’s a long line and wait time, but it wasn’t too busy when we went. We were seated immediately, and only about ten people were behind us. The place is well-lit and the interior is cute. Love the vibe. My friend wanted to sit in the honeycomb area, but all the tables were occupied, so we ended up in the birdcage-style booth instead. Tbh, I liked it way better. Our server was awesome. She was nice and accommodating. Answered all our questions and gave us a couple of recommendations. Two of us ordered the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and the other got the Yinyang Bowl. I had the Pork Tonkatsu Omurice Combo and chose the demi-glace sauce based on our server’s suggestion. We also ordered Shrimp Tempura and Ika Geso Kara-age. The shoyu ramen had good flavor. It wasn’t too salty or overly heavy like some ramen can be. The yinyang bowl, as the name suggests, is served in a yin-yang shaped bowl, which is pretty cool. You get to try two different kinds of ramen. Tonkotsu Shoyu on one side and Sapporo Miso Ramen on the other. I wasn’t a fan of the miso ramen though. The flavor just didn’t do it for me. The omurice, on the other hand, was great. The egg was perfectly cooked. It spread beautifully over the rice once it was sliced, then the sauce was poured on top. Excellent presentation. The pork tonkatsu was tender. By itself, it was a bit bland, but the demi-glace sauce definitely helped make it enjoyable. The omurice combo also includes a dessert choice of matcha pudding or cherry blossom jelly. Since my friends had been here and liked the cherry blossom jelly, they suggested I get that. It was a small, clear, dome-shaped jelly with a flower inside, and came with syrup to pour on top. It was a good palate cleanser. Lightly sweet and refreshing. Not too shabby. Overall, it wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t disappointing. Still worth checking out. Just expect a bit of a wait since it’s a new spot and everyone wants to try it.

Food was great and service was good. Definitely recommend this place. Good to see i don’t have to drive all the way to china town for good ramen anymore. Ramen boyz is super good too if you are way out there by them.
