HuHot Mongolian Grill

We came here for dinner. It was not very busy. It was all you can eat. They kept stock of food very well. The line waiting food to be cooked was not too bad. The was well cooked. The waiter was friendly and was checking if we need drink to be refilled. The price was also reasonable. We will come again.

Great food choices. Make your bowl, they cook it! Fast. Decent amount of protein, vegetable, noodle, and sauce choices. You know me, I need choices. You can get white rice separately so it isn’t fried. You can also order egg rolls and other appetizers from the wait staff. Perfect. I should mention the protein is frozen. Perfect for not overcooking when combined with vegetables. Vegetables, like zucchini are thinly sliced.

HuHot is the hot spot! 🔥 Our waitress Patti was the BEST—like, can we request her every time? The chefs put on a show that made dinner feel like dinner and entertainment. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The price? Shockingly low for how stuffed and happy we left. Already planning our next trip back—because one round at HuHot is never enough!

Service was fine, but honestly now that I've been an adult for a bit... HuHot Mongolian Grills food is just kinda okay. However the experience is great! Since its a buffet that's only 17$ its not bad value, and the place seems clean and taken care of. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the service—or lack thereof—provided by Casey M. during our visit on December 21st. Despite the restaurant being notably quiet, we were left ignored for 25 minutes before our initial greeting. This was not a localized lapse in judgment; it was the beginning of a consistently negligent performance.The following failures made our dining experience unacceptable. I presented my rewards information at the start of the meal; Casey looked at the number and chose to disregard it entirely, failing to apply it to our account. My fiancé’s request for rice was acknowledged and then completely ignored for the duration of our meal. We watched as Casey provided refills and attentive service to every other table in the section while making an active effort to avoid eye contact with us. Every attempt to flag Casey down resulted in her rushing away. It is unacceptable for a server to "disappear" for 20-minute intervals in a near-empty restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes just to receive our check and another 30 for the payment to be processed, we were met with a complete lack of basic courtesy. There was no apology for the delays, no "thank you," and no holiday greeting. This is the second time we have received this specific caliber of treatment from Casey M. While we previously excused her behavior due to a busy Friday night, it is now clear that her poor performance is not a result of "being busy," but rather a fundamental lack of professional standard and hospitality. We enjoy your establishment, but we have no intention of returning to be treated as an inconvenience by your staff. I expect this matter to be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

My first time eating at this restaurant and I was totally amazed at the concept of having your food (which you select what you want to eat) cooked right in front of you. The steaming hot 🔥 food served was totally delicious and freshly cooked. The waitress too was another experience. I didn't get her name but she made our experience more meaningful...

Nothing too exciting. The potstickers were the best part of the meal. The meat is sliced so thin that it creates an odd texture. I am sure they do this so that way they can cook the food faster, but it’s not normal. I had higher hopes, but I’m certainly not pressed to return.
