The spot to pick up some drinks and pastries! It’s worth checking this place out if you want something refreshing! What I ordered: Mango Passion tea: made with their mango purée, stunning orangey color and super refreshing and not too sweet. Ube Cream Matcha: nice Ube flavor cream that balances out the matcha. Pistachio bun: Nice and flakey, crunchy pistachio topping with a bit too sweet cream in the center, I would definitely go get this again

Love Mai Coffee Tea House! You can really taste the quality in their drinks. They use organic Straus milk and house-made fresh fruit purées — no syrups or processed sugar, which I really appreciate. Their tea and coffee are sourced from Vietnam, Taiwan, and Japan, and everything feels well-balanced, not overly sweet. I tried the ube matcha, banana latte, and passion fruit mango tea and loved all of them. Super cozy spot and definitely worth checking out!

What I ordered: 🍓 Strawberry Matcha — The matcha is really good and perfectly balanced with the strawberry! My favorite!! 🍵 🍵 Matcha Mochi — This drink is so smooth, and the mochi inside is bomb! I’ve never had mochi in a drink before — it’s incredible 🤩 🥐 Pistachio Bun — As a pistachio lover, this is hands down the best one I’ve had! Crispy, flaky, creamy, and perfectly nutty 💚

Best Vietnamese coffee shop in Los Angeles. Came in for coffee and matcha and really enjoyed it. Drinks tasted fresh and well made. The place is clean, calm, and nicely designed. Service was easy and friendly, nothing forced. Good spot to sit, relax, and grab a solid coffee. Would come back again for sure.

Such a cute coffee and tea house. Lots of helpful and friendly staff. Got a matcha a refresher and a coffee with my friends and we like them the coffee was strong the matcha tasted good and well balanced bot to sweet. And the refresher was delicious and sweet. Great place to come and relax and enjoy some drinks and get some work done. Seen many of ppl on their laptops doing work.

You can tell right away that they care about using fresh, high-quality ingredients. 🍓🍵 Strawberry Matcha – This was my favorite! It’s a beautiful balance of earthy matcha and refreshing strawberry. Smooth, light, and not overly sweet. The matcha itself tastes premium, not watered down like many other places. 🥐 Pistachio Pastry – Do not skip this. Flaky, nutty, and perfectly sweet, it’s the kind of pastry that makes you want to come back just for another bite. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it a great spot whether you’re here to work on your laptop or just relax with a good drink. Definitely a café worth adding to your rotation if you’re nearby.

Mai Coffee has really good drinks across the board! The coffee is strong and flavorful, exactly what I look for in a Vietnamese coffee shop. They also have lots of matcha options that taste as good as they look, which is always a nice touch. The drink quality definitely impressed me and would be my main reason for returning. The coffee shop is located in a quiet plaza and the space itself is new and nicely renovated. They had nice Halloween decorations up when I visited which added a fun seasonal touch. The restroom was clean which is always appreciated. There's lots of seating available too, making it a comfortable place to hang out or get some work done. The staff was super helpful and friendly throughout my visit. A big plus is that they're open late, which is great for evening coffee runs or late-night study sessions. Overall, I would definitely go again if I'm in the area. It's a solid coffee shop with good drinks and a nice atmosphere!
