Voila! in Frederick ~ Special Teas & Other Goodness

What an amazing place. I remember when I was given my first tea as a gift. I was hooked. So many to choose from caffeine to non caffeinated. Herbal and so many that they can special blend. I myself have a special blend of Chocolate and Orange. I just recently went to restock and tried several that I never tried before. My favorite now is Black Rose ...I love the rose tones ...They sell different amounts and if you bring your can or bag back you get a discount. On the main street in Frederick....street parking or lot parking. Worth the visit you cannot choose just one

My daughter and I enjoyed perusing this cozy little tea shop on our spring getaway to Frederick. Such delicious tea combinations and a quaint old timey atmosphere. It's been quite a few months since then, and I just had a very pleasant experience ordering tea via email with MaryJean. She curated a subset of teas for me to consider, took my credit card over the phone, and popped them in the mail in time before the big storm, and with a little birthday note to my daughter. It's mom-and-pop shops like these that give our towns character and warmth. Thank you, MaryJean!

I love this kooky little shop. They have an enormous selection of teas and the service is...friendly...if a little unpredictable. This little shop is what makes Frederick great - small businesses like Voila is are great places to buy a useful and delicious remembrance of your time in Frederick. As a local I probably spend too much time and money there. Oh well!

Stopped in this adorable shop on a recent trip. My friend and I love tea and we were so excited to see so many flavors offered. It was hard to choose which ones to pick, but I went with Watermelon & Mango Party. Both are amazing and I’m pretty sure I will be calling in to order more of both to be shipped to me! 100% recommend!!

Stopped in for the first time while stopping around downtown Frederick. There is another tea store nearby that I enjoy but it was closed so I was excited to see another tea store. The shop is FILLED with teas, cups, pots, storage tins, honey, and probably some things I missed. They were immediately friendly and welcoming, explained without being overbearing, we're engaging and helpful. So many teas and such unique combinations. I have over 50 teas at home but I grabbed 3 more that were different from anything I have or have seen. I've only opened one so far but you can SEE the quality of the ingredients. Whole bits of fruit and floral, large aromatic leaves, lovely aroma - I have a cup brewing now! You browse the tins on the wall that you can open to smell and are labeled with the ingredients and then they package your choices for you - no prepacked, sitting on the shelf for who knows how long nonsense. They've got a great thing going and I can't wait to come back to buy some more. Lovely shop and best wishes on continued success!
