Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I’ve been a long-time customer of Juno Bakery, and this review genuinely pains me to write. On 1/12/26, My wife placed an order for a Chocolate Mousse cake, size #3, for my son’s birthday, with pickup scheduled for 1/16/26. On 1/15/26, my wife called the bakery simply to ask if an earlier pickup was possible. The staff confirmed that it was—with no mention of any issue or change to the order. On the day of pickup, we were suddenly told that size #3 was not available and that we would instead be given a size #2 and a size #1 cake. To make matters worse, only one cake could have my son’s name written on it—the other could not. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that we should have been informed earlier, and no accountability. The attitude was extremely nonchalant and uninterested, as if this was perfectly acceptable. It felt like ordering a specific car model and being handed two smaller cars instead, with missing features, and being told, "It still adds up to what you paid for." That’s not how expectations or customer trust work. What’s especially disappointing is that we’ve been very loyal customers. Even as the quality of some pastries declined over time, we continued to return for what Juno has always done well—their chocolate mousse cakes and tiramisu. Over the years, we’ve ordered all birthday cakes for our son and daughter, and nearly every family celebration cake has come from Juno. Unfortunately, the drop in service quality and rise in attitude is now impossible to ignore. With the pressure of a new downtown location and competition like Tous Les Jours opening right next door, it seems the bakery is struggling—and customers are paying the price. Loyal customers deserve transparency, respect, and basic professionalism. This experience has seriously shaken our trust, and sadly, it may be the one that finally makes us switch bakeries.
I absolutely love this place The employees are very nice and it’s well organized and clean there’s seating inside personally I feel like the price is pretty fair I was reluctant to go here at first because I read some reviews that said it was pricey however, when I went, it was pretty much the same price as all the other places I’ve gone to
This place is definitely more of a bakery place more than anything. I would skip their drinks, but they have such a good variety of Korean bakery goods, including cream buns, hot dog buns, and fried curry balls. Some of them come hot but most of them come prepackaged. So many pretty cake, as well as good ole standard slices like carrot cake. The mango madness is way too sweet--almost artificially sweet, and I have also overheard the same sentiment from other patrons. Good amount of seating and a large open space.
This place is adorable and so unique. Korean bakeries are not common in Pennsylvania. This was well worth the drive. We got several other items to take home including a red bean donut (my husband loved this), roll cakes, pokemon macarons and some cream puffs. Will definitely be back to try some other things as well ^_^
There food is amazing. The Korean baked goods are delicious enough to come in daily. I’m making it a point to come in weekly to try all I can. It’s a taste and deliciousness I’ve never had. The only downfall are the drinks. There not horrible, but they’re not the best. Please come here for the baked goods! 🤤
Tried this bakery for the first time today. The items there were very unique and not what you’d find a your average bakery. We got these cute macaroon’s. We also got some fruit rolls, and a piece of cake. The cake wasn’t like your average piece of cake. It wasn’t as sweet and was very light and fluffy. When checking out, the nice worker gave us a free piece of cake. They also had drinks that looked delicious, but we didn’t try any. They had boba drinks, lemonade, and coffee. I’d suggest trying this place if you’re in the area.
Juno bakery is a really nice simple bakery with lots of different options. It’s inside H mart, in the first party of the food court so it’s easy to get to. It’s really cool because you can try things you’re not used to like things with red bean paste or other Korean items. Milk bread was very nice - we toasted it and used it for sandwhiches and it was lovely. The favorite is the beef sausage pastry, it’s a beef sausage with cheese wrapped in pastry. It works so well together and melts in your mouth. They also have a similar one with cut up sausage, cheese, corn with ketchup and a mayo white sauce (not exactly sure what it is). Like a mini pizza it’s great! Another star is the fried dough with stuffing - they have curry, vegetable or kimchi. All three are super good - but definitely a once in a while treat, it’s very greasy. The outside is fried and inside is soft with the delicious savory stuffings. The people who work there are also very kind and help answer any questions. They sometimes give samples of some items which makes you able to try even more! Helps you choose for next time! One thing that wasn’t the best was cheesecake. It was like 8$ for a small slice and it was nothing special. Would not get that again.
