Super friendly staff, great ambiance for work, substantial seating and parking. Highly recommend for quick remote work.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean, and food was good. We tried the new Croque Monsieur croissant sandwich (tasted just like white slice bread, no croissant similarity honestly) but the combination of ham, cheese, and the caramelized onion was great. I added lettuce to add some freshness, great add on.

Disappointing Portion Size Compared to Other Panera Locations Panera Bread has always been one of my favorite places for lunch — reliable quality and consistent portions. However, the Framingham location has been a real disappointment lately. The sandwich I received today was noticeably smaller — almost 30% smaller than what I usually get at the Natick or Westborough stores. I don’t know if this is due to poor training, cost cutting, or inconsistent preparation, but it’s clearly hurting this location’s reputation. When customers choose Panera, we expect consistency across locations. Unfortunately, Framingham’s portion size feels like a bad imitation of what Panera normally delivers. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because I’d love to keep Panera as my go-to — just not this store unless things improve.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread today. My husband, my 2.5-year-old daughter, and I ordered bagel stacks. I politely asked if the bagel could be lightly toasted because my toddler cannot safely eat very crunchy food. Andrea, responded in a dismissive and rude manner, insisting this could not be done and implying that adjusting the order would result in "raw" meat. When I explained that this was a child-safety concern, Andrea said, "What? You’re going to feed your 2-year-old a bagel stack?" The comment was judgmental and completely unnecessary. I asked to speak to a manager. A person names Carols said he is the manager. After hearing what happened, he simply did not say anything. When I asked what he plans to do to address the situation, he says he is actually not the manager. The real "manager" is not here today. Overall, there was a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service. I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, but there is no excuse for rude or judgmental behavior, especially toward families with young children. After reading other reviews mentioning similar issues with dismissive and unprofessional staff interactions, especially with Andrea, this experience unfortunately seems part of a pattern. I've been a frequent customer and noticed Andrea argues and yells at a lot of customers on a regular basis, which is reflected in many reviews on Google. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I'm only giving it a 2 because it's a sit down place to eat. Most people come in with laptops. But there are only 2 plug ins to charge your computer. That makes absolutely no sense. Fix this please. I give the one in Everett 5 stars for the amount of plus they have in the wall. (Outlets) fix this!

My daughter and I visited this Panera Bread location last night. It was fairly empty so we didn’t have to wait in any lines before placing our food order. The restaurant looked clean and the atmosphere had a chill vibes. One thing that I noticed immediately upon entering was that no one greeted us as we entered the restaurant. We ordered from the kiosk and waited for our food to be ready as it was a takeout. I received a text that our food was ready five minutes after placing the order. We couldn’t figure out where to pick up our food that was ready so we walked around the restaurant until we found a countertop that had a bag with my name on it. I felt that someone could have pointed us in the right direction as they saw us walking around clearly looking for something, but everyone stood behind the counter and just watched and didn’t tell us anything. We found it on our own. We brought the food back to our hotel and ate it there. While the sandwich was a bit sloppy, it tasted great, and the soup was excellent and just what I needed. Their chips were perfect as well. I enjoyed the food, but a little bit of customer service or customer support would be useful at this restaurant.

The coffee machine at this Panera is amazing! Investing in this kind of equipment was such a smart move. The staff don’t have to carry heavy coffee containers anymore, and customers always get fresh, perfectly hot coffee. They grind the beans right before brewing, so you can really smell and taste the freshness in every cup. The flavor is noticeably different from regular brewed coffee. I don’t add milk or sugar, so I can really taste how rich and smooth it is — it even has a nice crema, just like espresso. As for the food, it’s about the same as other Panera locations — not particularly better or worse. The only downside is that there aren’t many power outlets, so it’s not ideal for working on a laptop. But since this location is always busy, I guess they intentionally designed it that way to keep the turnover high. This is still my favorite Panera because of the great coffee! I really hope more locations get the same automated coffee machine soon.
