we are on a road trip today and i was just absolutely craving a banana matcha! when we pulled up they said they have never done that but would give it a try, they went out of their way to fulfill my craving and made a frozen banana matcha which tasted absolutely HEAVENLY! unfortunately i didn’t get the name of the girl who saw us at the window and made it happen, but she’s the best

What exceptional service it puts faith back into the world that you can have professional, fun uplifting and also enjoy your favorite joy shot of the day. I normally have a difficult request with my draw shot. They get it right. Priya makes it happen and they greet you and appreciate your business. This is why they got an outstanding rating if you haven’t stopped by do so and have a joy shot.

I've tried this place on two occasions. The first time, I simply didn't enjoy the coffee flavor, but that was back when they first opened. Two days ago, I gave it a second chance. I ordered the Tuscan toffee with almond milk. I took one sip and noticed something was off. So I gave it to my daughter. Ten minutes later that milk taste in my mouth was confirmed by my digestive system. They put milk in my non-dairy order.

Double sided drive thru coffee bar is such a great idea. I decided to try the Hot Tuscany Toffee which did not disappoint aside from the fact I wish I got a large. It was not overly sweet like other flavored coffees from other chains. I actually tasted the smoothness of the coffee. What a great blend of coffee and caramel sauce. Can't wait to have a go at the caramel dolce....

I don’t go to Starbucks anymore because of Ellianos! The food is so good, the bagel selection is the best part for me. And my coffees are consistently delicious! The baristas are always friendly & the service is quick! So glad to have this place in town!

They allow Doordash orders, but cancel them at will without explanation or even so much as a phone call. We wanted to try the place but that just really removes any desire. EDIT: The order was placed at night scheduled for a next day (Thursday) delivery at 8:30 AM -- well within operating hours.

Have been grabbing coffee from here weekly since moving to Palm Coast. Had the worst customer service today — apparently provided by the "manager" who was extremely rude! Ordered two "Freezers," which (although not noted on menu) comes as a regular coffee and was given them as regular coffees. When I told her I wanted them as freezers, her response was "too bad, it would be too much of a waste for her to remake them!" When I tried insisting that I wanted them as freezers, she responded, " oh well, I can’t remake them!" I told her that I would report to corporate and she simply shrugged her shoulders. I started to drive away and then my daughter pointed out that the Matcha she asked for cold foam in, didn’t have any it. So, I went around to the other drive up window and told the girl on that side what happened, and requested that I speak with a manager. She informed me that the other girl was a manager and apologized for her being so rude and the mistakes that were made. She ended up remaking my drink as it was my birthday. The manager, whose name is apparently "Pia" definitely should NOT only not be a manager, but not working in customer service at all!
