Their cloud cakes and brownies are the best! The chocolate cloud cakes is not as chcolatey which is a bit disappointing. I understand that the cream can't be too chocolatey but the cake can. The fruit cloud cakes though, perfection! Also, can we talk about how gorgeous they are as well!

This bakery is the best! We love their Blueberry Yougurt Cake!. The service is quick and friendly. The cake packaging is so well done. They provide candles and cake server with matches. There are so many yummy bakery products besides their cakes.

Fresh pastries and savory snack bites. Loved the custard bun and the hot spicy sausage. Mango drink is the best! Could have done with a little less ice. A good place for a quick evening snack with your friends/ colleagues. Will definitely be back for some birthday cake options

Went here to get a cake as this was the only closest place that was open at that time. Pleasantly surprised with the variety of cakes and other bakery items available. I got the Vanilla Chocolate Heart Mousse Cake. It was very delicious and fluffy. I will definitely come back for more. Delicious cakes!

This review is for TOUS les JOURS at 7151 Amador Plaza Rd, Dublin, CA 94568, and I hope the owner or manager takes the time to read it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to poor customer service. We ordered a cake online earlier this week, and the online ordering process itself was smooth and easy with no issues at all. Unfortunately, the in-store pickup experience completely ruined it. When we arrived to pick up our cake, there were two employees working. One of them was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive—she greeted customers warmly, interacted with kids, and clearly cared about providing good service. Unfortunately, the other employee who assisted us was the complete opposite. The employee who handled our pickup appeared unhappy and unapproachable, and her attitude came across as rude and careless. When presenting our cake, she pulled it out with one hand and swung it forward without any care or caution. It felt unprofessional and concerning, especially considering how delicate cakes are. If the cake had slipped or fallen, it would have been completely ruined. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, especially for special orders like cakes. While I understand that people may have long shifts or difficult days, that does not excuse poor treatment of customers. The lack of care and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant. Because of this interaction, I would not recommend this location and will most likely not return. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, provides better training, and ensures that all employees represent the business with the level of care and respect customers expect.

Really nice cafe with delicious food! Liked the peach cream piece cake- very light and subtle. Chocolate croissant was good too. Mocha freddo cold coffee drink was delicious! The most favorite is the Walnut and Maple roll cake.

I went in today to request a custom cake. Specifically, I just wanted their red velvet cake but with a pastel green colored cream on the outside. The cashier went in the back to ask and came out to say, "no." I then asked if just white cream can be added to the outside (the red velvet cake is already 3 layers with cream inside the layers). The cashier again went in the back to ask and then returned and said, "no." Soo...the cake's layers ALREADY have cream in between. But they refused to add the same cream or frosting on the outside of the cake. I didn't ask for a different shape or size. Make it make sense! Yet the bakery's website falsely claims they do customized cakes (attached screenshot). Hey, Tous Les Jours, stop the false advertisement and stop wasting people's time.
