Beware: my son just went in this store and got this drink (he has gone many times and most times it’s fine) and it looks like mold at the end of what is supposed to be coconut jelly!!!! He said he felt something fuzzy and spit it out and this in the pictures is what it was! I have consistently tried to call up there as I know they are still open bc it’s not 8pm. No one will answer the phone so that is why I am leaving this review with pictures. My son has already drank half of this drink as you can see in this picture. All I can say is he best not get sick from this! Horrible customer service apparently bc no one will answer the phones at all. If you are considering this place, I strongly suggest not go, unless you can literally see what they are putting in the drink. This is disgustingly unacceptable, both not answering the phones and molded jelly or whatever this black stuff is that is fuzzy. For 15.00 drinks you should get drinks that are NOT like this!

I just ordered the boba today and the girl took the order for me show the attitude very very bad and she discriminated me and I had a very bad experiences of this girl. This is the first time I’ve been here and I get confused when I look at the menu to order and she showing that attitude instead of recommending as a good staff. Her name is Emory. Never be back!

Best boba tea place in the area. I got brown sugar milk tea with the brown sugar pearls. Soooooo good. Definitely one of my fav places to get drinks.

Came multiple times now, one of the better milk tea places in Pensacola. Only leaving 3 stars because of staff’s attitude being not very welcoming and prices being kind of on the higher end. Also the sofas have a lot of wear and tear, maybe time to swap them out

My son loves this place, he always asks to come when we’re in Dothan. Best boba we’ve had here in AL so far! The mango blast and Strawberry Latte (pictured) are so good!

The boba tea is delicious. The brown sugar pearls were the perfect texture! I got Thai tea. Yum! Edit: Later tried Taro tea. It's amazing too!

My daughter kept insisting to try Boba, today was that day!! First the young ladies in here Anna and Ava are amazing!! Customer service was amazing. Anna walked us through the menu and made a few recommendations. We tried 3 different drinks, Green Apple Blast, Mango Blast with magic pearls, and a Peach Yakult with mango perals!! They were absolutely refreshing!! This is a must try!! Green Apple was our favorite.
