Starbucks Coffee Company

The drink I was given which was a secret menu drink I customized was not what I expected. It still tastes fine but they messed the ingredients a bit. First it’s not even right, it’s suppose to be all one half in ingredients which wasn’t even right but still tasted alright. Second of all, I had to wait 30 minutes just for a drink that was 3 ingredients and a Cafe Misto which made my friends wait longer sadly. Other than that, atmosphere was great and peaceful and would come back for a second chance.

SO SAD!!! I'm normally a black coffee drinker, but last time I came here I had to go back in. Coffee was barely warm & tasted old. She said yeah, we're making new now. Today I decided for Xmas I'd treat myself to a White Peppermint Mocha and for over $6...ouch!!! I didn't even get a full cup. I thought it felt awfully light. Took the lid off & it was 3/4 full.🫤 Come on...do better Starbucks!

Idk, this used to me my favorite Starbucks but the workers have gotten kind of meh lately. I placed a mobile order in the parking lot then drove to the drive thru like I always do and the drive thru attendant "politely" said oh let me see if we have that order. Then proceeded to see oh yeah it looks like we JUST got that. Just so you know, next time you’re going to have to give us until the time on your order receipt when it says it’ll be done before you come through the drive thru. Mind you, there was 3 cars in the line before me and my order wasn’t supposed to be done until 6:37 pm and I pulled in to the drive thru at 6:34…. Like am I seriously supposed to wait to even join the drive thru line until it says my drink is ready? When I have to wait anyways? We never expected the drink to be ready the second we pulled in anyways so I really don’t understand why she said that.

December 9, 2024 6:15 am Clean and neat location that’s easy to get to... staff seemed friendly, and the one with the freckles is really nice. June 12, 2025 Same great service. Just make sure you take a napkin into the restroom because you have to touch the door handles to get out. They do not have paper towels in the restrooms.

This morning I ordered online a Venti iced white mocha. After ordering online. I went through the drive-through to pick up my drink as there was nobody else in line told them my name to pick up my order and they proceeded to tell me I needed to wait for my estimate wait time to get the fractious coffee possible Very rude about it.I would like to say if I would have waited the wait time (4-7 mins) my coffee would not have been as fresh as it would be of making it to order. As a retail worker do better when greeting or handling customers very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Could not get name of person working in the drive thru 9/10/25 @720

Everything was great. They prepare your drink just the way you wanted. They pay attention to those small details. Great service.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The layout makes sense. The chairs are comfortable. The restrooms are good. They made the drinks right, including stirring in the sugar without me having to ask for it. And it’s not too cold or loud inside. The outside seating is not well kept though.
