Velvet Charlotte - Boba Tea and Rolled Ice-Cream

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake rolled ice cream. They were super busy but I was still in and out within 5 minutes. My order was pretty complicated and the nice lady nailed my order to the T and the lady who made my ice cream was extremely understanding. My ice cream came out delicious so no complaints from me. Will be back soon.

been here 10ish times, good boba prices (weekdays except friday has discount), very soft always fresh fresh boba, & not authentic/quality matcha (trust, i've tried a lot of matchas). small reccomendation: keep the mango ratio the same in the mango matcha latte, as sometimes i get tiny mango swipe on the sides, while other times it's a rich potent strong large amount. favs: mango tea w/ boba and rose milk tea. + be aware the taro is sweet (u can ask for 50% sweet).

Good taste. Ferrero Rocher is better than the gulab jamun one just because of how the texture changes for gulabjamun when finely minced

First time coming to this place and I loved it. They had such good customer service. The rolled ice cream was so good, and so was the strawberry tea!!

I stopped by here, and it was very yummy! The inside is clean and smells nice, and the staff are very friendly too. The menu is large so it has something for everyone. I only got boba, so I can't speak to the ice cream, but I'm sure it is yummy. Definitely would come back again!

Absolutely loved Velvet Rolled Ice Cream! The rolled ice cream is not only fun to watch being made, but it tastes incredible. Super creamy, flavorful, and made fresh right in front of you. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cute and inviting, and the whole experience feels special. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving something sweet! 🍨

The customer service was wonderful and they have some unique flavors I havnt seen elsewhere. I got the Paan rolled icecream and it was delicious. Perfect for after a big meal.
