Food: We enjoyed a variety of dishes during our visit. The Salmon Satay offered nice, large, flavorful bites. The Crab Fried Rice was a standout, with small lumps of crab and rice that had elevated, well-balanced flavors throughout. The Brussels sprouts were served with bacon on the side (by choice, we shared I am a pescartarian); while the sauce helped enhance the taste, the sprouts could have been cooked down a bit more, as they were still somewhat firm. For dessert, the Crème Brûlée had good flavor, but the sugar crust was extremely thick—so thick that it needed to be removed to fully enjoy the custard underneath. The Chocolate Mousse was not a traditional presentation, as it included additional textures mixed in. That said, the mousse itself was smooth, nicely sweet, and not overpowering. Service: Service was attentive, professional, and consistent throughout the meal. We felt well taken care of without being rushed. Atmosphere: The ambiance was a highlight. The space is very low-lit, clean, and minimalist, creating an intimate and inviting dining experience. Final Thoughts: Spice is a great option for a refined night out in Charlotte, especially if you value strong service and atmosphere. While a few dishes could benefit from minor execution tweaks, the overall experience was very enjoyable and worth a visit.

Last night I had a pleasure of visiting this restaurant with a friend. This place is super sexy and definitely gives girls night date / night vibes. Rhea was our waitress and she was amazing. She knew the menu like the back of her hand. She gave us her recommendations, and also provided knowledge of drinks that were not on the menu. With this being a new spot reservations are recommended. My friend and I did not have a reservation, but walked in and was able to score a table right by the bar. We got the Ruby, Rose, Bang Bang Shrimp, Spice Chicken Satay and Orange Blossom. Everything was amazing and cooked to perfection. I recommend dressing up as you may never know who you run into. In my opinion this is just what Charlotte needed. Don't waste time put this place on your list now as I am so sad, I wasn't the first one to write a review.

Belissima! Vibes and decorè, unmatched! Its sexy, sleak, and a lil sultry. The back lighting at night is gorgeous. It creates a very intimate vibe. The food is small plates so don't belive you're going to feast. My only draw back was flavor. When it said SPICE I was expecting an indulgent amount of SPICE with unique flavor compliments. Being internationally inspired I guess I was reaching. I will say that the food presentation was beautiful. Madison was vibrant and gave exceptional service. Her energy was everything.

I recently moved here from NYC and came to this place for my birthday on Saturday night — and wow, my experience was amazing. I haven’t had such a great time in a long while, and I can honestly say this place was exceptional. Madison was our waitress and she treated us so well; she was attentive, kind, and just an all-around great person. I will definitely be coming back. Food was 10/10, service 10/10, and the vibe was perfect.

Spice Charlotte is an amazing restaurant with excellent food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We were touched by the complimentary anniversary note and dessert they gave us to celebrate our special day. Shamon was a wonderful server and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I stopped by Spice for brunch and the entire experience was a home run. The space is stunning inside — vibrant, fun, and the music sets the perfect vibe without being too much for a daytime visit. Nora took exceptional care of me from start to finish. Her customer service was top-tier. She gave great recommendations, answered all my questions (including the scoop on their nightlife), and even suggested I come back for dinner… and I absolutely will. The food? Worth every bite. The chicken and waffles were plated beautifully — the chicken was seasoned to perfection and fried just right, and the waffle was fluffy with fresh blueberries and strawberries on top. The lychee martini was a solid 10/10: delicious, well-balanced, and beautifully garnished. Overall, brunch was chill, enjoyable, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back for dinner and to explore their night scene. Highly recommend!

Had reservations. Easy check in. Service was great. Food was perfect and music and vibes was exactly what we were looking for on a Saturday night. Bring your girls or date night. Definitely will be back! Highly recommended.
