The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The soy-marinated crab (Ganjang-gejang) and fried blue crab were the highlights—the crab was fresh and delicious. Every single dish I tried was satisfying, and the staff were very friendly. I also loved the mochi ice cream for dessert! I hope they keep up this level of freshness and quality. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This recently opened Korean all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, K Project & Sushi, is located in Centreville, VA, right next to Meat-project, a Korean Ayce BBQ spot. The restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic Korean food, including braised beef and pork, spicy skate salad, kimchi rice and pancake, Korean fried chicken, seafood pancake, and diverse dishes you won’t find at other Ayce restaurants. It also offers Japanese food such as sushi, ramen (Tonkotsu & spicy ramen), and dumplings, as well as Western options and lots of salads, including cold noodles in a half-orange bowl, which was very good. Desserts include Korean rice cakes, cheesecake, yogurt drinks, and ice cream mochis, along with fruits and many more. The space is large and clean, with many seating options. Overall, it’s a fantastic new addition to Centreville’s Korean food scene, and the value for the variety of food options is excellent. Regarding the service, there is room for improvement. The staff’s service was merely satisfactory, and she did not ask whether I needed any further assistance. During the meal, I detected a strong odor of Clorox emanating from the server cleaning the table directly in front of me, which was quite inconsiderate. Enhancing the quality of service could significantly elevate the overall dining experience, complementing their excellent selection of food.

I think this is the first Korean buffet in our area, and we’ve already been here two weekends in a row! We loved the wide selection of food, everything we tried was really good. I also appreciate how thoughtful and detail-oriented they are with customers. They provide plastic gloves for seafood and wet wipes to clean your hands, which is a nice touch. This new buffet is definitely becoming one of our favorite places to go, and we’ll be back for sure!

Wanted to visit here since they recently opened. Food was pretty good and not a bad price! They have a large variety of dishes in the buffet. What sets them apart is that this is a Korean/Japanese food buffet. You’ll get to eat sushi, ramen, kimchi, mochi, and many other more unique foods. They even had a seafood boil with some lobster. There’s also complimentary yogurt-based drinks, which were a hit with our table. The waitress checks back often and cleans up our plates so I would say service is good. I will definitely be coming back.

This place finally opened yesterday and I stopped by to see the pricing (attached). DH and I decided that this place isn’t kids friendly, as most tall 6 yo would also have to pay the full price, which is over $30/pp for lunch and $50/pp for dinner with taxes and tips. Even my picky & small appetite kids are taller than 4ft, so we would never come here with our kids. So we went there for a lunch date while kids are in school and overall food quality was good. Sushi quality was good, they gave really small amount of rice for AYCE 👍🏻. I think kitchen is still "learning" as not all food was ready even an hour after it opened for lunch. As we wrap up, we noticed new dishes were added to the buffet bar. This place is spacious and will be good for group parties for families with no kids, they should at least be hungry youth for the price.

Overall satisfied with selection of food they offer and it's great to see a new addition in the area. I really liked the sushi quality and mochi ice cream at the end was nice.

The food is REALLY BAD AND COLD (for the hot items). I went there with my wife 1 hour after the opening for dinner and everything hot food was cold. They barely rotate the food. Now let’s talk about the environment, the tables are very low. I was eating and my back was hurting. Please listen when I tell you to NOT go to this place. I forced myself to throw up after getting home. I’m never going back. This is a 2/10. Mind you this place is NEW. Waste of money.
