Gong Cha

Two times already when I have ordered on GrubHub, I've gotten a brown sugar bubble tea that's supposed to come with the delicious brown sugar syrup in it but surprise surprise there was no brown sugar syrup. Now I don't like to waste food so I always finish it anyway. But it's just super disappointing to order the same thing and not get what I asked for. Don't know if they're out of brown sugar syrup or something but it would be nice to get what I asked for instead of getting something that is literally not what I wanted

I love coming here but recently, there have been too many homeless in the store harassing customers. I will sit down with my drink but in less than 30 minutes, 3 people will come in asking if I can get them a drink. They will stand there until someone buys them a drink. Is this a homeless shelter? Gong Cha needs to improve their customer experience because they are losing lots of customers this way.

TLDR: Gong Cha and Xing Fu Tang are my current top 2 boba shops! 🧋 I got their earl grey milk tea 3Js (includes tapioca boba, herbal jelly, and pudding). It's like 50% toppings though. I usually get 30% sugar and light ice. This was really good but a bit sweet for my tastes. Sometimes they don't know how to process my Gong Cha giftcard so I suggest better staff training for that. What's the point of having a giftcard of I can't use it? Pro tip: It can also get VERY busy when school/work lets out. So order ahead to avoid the wait! No seats or bathroom here. I did see they started selling bubble waffles and I might try that on a future trip.

My mom suggested we get a nice refreshing drink from here because the gongcha in rockland is good. NASTY!! THE DRINKS WERE DONE IN 3 SECS EACH N TASTE TERRIBLE. WORKERS R LAZY AND LOOK MISERABLE My mom assured me this isn't t how it taste in rockland

3 young ladies took my order. They were super nice, friendly, helpful. They made sure my drinks were sealed correctly and that I got the drinks I wanted. Excellent service and great drinks.

Last week I came here and I got Pear Milk tea and waited for 5 minutes and got the best order ever I recommend this place! I love gong Cha! I hope the owner sees this comment:I love gong cha 💗 and their bubble teas
