the drinks are good but their food protocols are very strange… they make their sandwich’s hot . absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS i wanted a cold sandwich the first time i ordered i told the boy that he said " i got you" and preceded to make it in the oven? i then asked why is this absolutely necessary they said their sandwich products are "required" to be heated for "safety" reasons meaning what exactly i have no clue. capital one is alone a shady business i wouldn’t think the only cafe they have in the bronx a lower income neighborhood would be the same …

Everything is getting 1 star because who cares about a Cafe? What was the purpose of implementing this & was the actually community this impacted involved in this discussion prior to implementation? The reason this business is actually getting a 1 star, besides me being forced into the minimum possible review for this to be seen, they inconvenienced many who solely go to capital one for the atm use. In total, this "branch" has at least 10 arms, to my recollection. Yet, after the new implementation, after banking hours, only 2 are available for public use. And these 2 are on the outside of the business, for visual reference. This means, whatever weather is occurring, you will have to stand at the atm and endure. This also means, IF 50 PEOPLE NEED TO USE THE ATM OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS, ONLY 2 ARE AVAILABLE. Fordham & the Grand Concourse is not the neighborhood it used to be. You will see feinds, you will see violence, you will see all odds and ends no matter what. You are more at risk for robbery. In the photo, if you look to the left you will see a line that has been ongoing since I've started this review. So explain to us CapitalOne, what was the purpose of this Cafe? Who is it benefitting? Why would you change the prior use of at least 6 atms to now 2 - in such a busy neighborhood? Shame.

The cafe was very inviting, and the Ambassador has showed me places where I can lounge, have organizations meet, and study space, and bank-related consultations all in this nice cafe. In addition to making banking transactions, I also grabbed a delicious Yogurt Powder Bowl. Even without the banana, it still looks great and a healthy blast to taste. Thank you Cafe, for being the best!

Love this Cafe. Service is friendly, beverages are good. If you need to sit down and just think - this is the spot - on Fordham Rd

This is a great addition to the Fordham Road shopping district. The entire staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist with any questions. Rick, the manager, took the time to give us a comprehensive and engaging tour, showcasing all the unique aspects of the space. Enjoyed their delicious matcha latte. Looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend visiting this capital one cafe to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable experience.

I went in to check this place out after withdrawing some cash & was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. Eventually the ambassador, Eduard, gave me a complete tour of the facility. He was really cool and professional. I ended up getting a matcha drink and it was great! 10/10

My experience at Capitol One Cafe on Fordham in the Bronx was incredible. Staff was friendly and ever so helpful, however one staff member stood out because of her amazing energy, vibe, and character. Kiara, thank you so much for being so helpful and having such good vibes and energy!! Made my friend and mines visit a memorable one. Much love and I will definitely be back 🙏🏻😎❤️‍🔥🗽 ☕️
