I don’t care what anyone has to say this is by far the best Chinese food in the city of Brockton, no other Chinese food could compare. There food is always hot and always taste fresh. Most Chinese spots in Brockton there food taste old.

I’ve ordered from Johnny Good Time many times, and that’s what makes this review disappointing to write. This place is very hit or miss, and my most recent order really missed. I ordered on Wednesday: beef fried rice, salt & pepper shrimp, and crab rangoons. Normally, the fried rice comes with broccoli, onions, and egg, and when it’s made right, it’s actually good. This time, when I got home and opened the container, the fried rice had only bean sprouts and onions, no broccoli at all, and the meat looked very questionable. It was honestly unappetizing and not what I usually receive or what I expect for the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home. What makes this frustrating is the inconsistency. I’ve been inside and seen employees eating plates with broccoli clearly included, while customers don’t always get the same quality. The same thing happens with the lobster dishes — sometimes you get a proper portion, other times it’s clearly just chopped-up pieces and small bits, not a full lobster serving. On top of that, the customer service this time was not great. This was a pickup order, and because I didn’t tip, the woman behind the counter was rude and seemed annoyed, to the point where she didn’t even want to bag my food properly. Tipping should not affect basic service, especially on a pickup order. I spend my hard-earned money here and expect consistency and respect. I didn’t get the chance to address it in the moment, but after this experience, I’ll be looking for another place to order from. I just want other customers to be aware of how inconsistent the food and service can be.

Walked in here this evening, and was greeted very Courteously. Ordered the pork fried rice with shrimp and boneless rib (CP10)! Didn't wait long at all. It's Very Comfortable in here. I definitely will be dining in for Future Dinner! Best ribs I had in a while! So Good! The shrimp was cooked perfectly, And Very Flavorful! So Fresh! Good Price Good Portion Good Time Wing , Dennis , and the Kitchen Team Are Very, ~ Friendly & Respectful

Overpriced for small portions. My family ordered the lunch specials and was surprised by how tiny the containers were. The food doesn't justify the high cost no matter how good it tastes—there are better options nearby with more reasonable pricing and larger servings. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. Buyer Beware.

Decent Chinese food, I enjoy the crab Rangoon and shrimp friend rice, general gaos chicken not spicy at all. I ordered the passion fruit smoothie, it wasn’t available but they still charged me for it and gave me a nasty mango smoothie. Don’t like the service and the lady is so rude, always rushing.

I used to go here a lot while I was in high school, I am glad they're still around. I ordered via UberEats for pickup and got vegetable fried rice with beef teriyaki and chicken wings, it was a great meal! I don't eat Chinese often but if I am eating it, this is my go-to location! 6/8/24 update: I ordered more food for myself and a family member, I updated the photos. The passion fruit smoothie was GREAT! - SheCallsMeJuvi (YouTuber)

I have been ordering from this establishment for years and the food has always been good. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because the quality of the food this tike around was poor. Most of my order is going to waste, especially the chicken wings, which no one bother to eat more than one piece or finished what they served themselves. I'm assuming the chicken wings came out dark and tasted like dirty wet socks because they have been recycling the cooking oil over and over again. Whatever you do, don't order the wings.
